Please update the operation times here on google maps. I came to this metro PCs after 7pm and they are closed. I wasted my time and gas.Edit: i changed My review from one star to three because I went into this metro store when it was open and Valerie/Valeria assisted me. She was professional and helped me solve an issue I was having. Make sure she’s helping you if you visit this store.

When you come in here be very careful they are basically stealing from you. My grandma needed a phone while she was staying with me. I decided to get one from here. They said we would get a free phone case and free charger. So i noticed the pricing for the phone seemed off by $50 so I asked her why... she refused to give me a receipt because supposedly her machine wasn't working... I said its literally off by $50. So I insisted on a receipt she gave it to me but cut in half when I saw it I was of course charged for the accessories which she said were free. Why lie we were gonna buy some anyways... but the way she did it was so unethical.... so I basically told her and she continued to lie to my face. It was so frustrating. She claimed the $50 was an actiavtion fee but the charges on the receipt clear said phone case $30 charger $20. Annoying and unethical.

Do you like being Lied too? Then this store is great for you! I was told that I could trade my phone in for a $350 rebate towards my new phone. That was cool. I also mentioned that I wanted to pay off the phone completely so I owe no payments. Monica, the Store Manager, said we can do that with nooooooooooo hesitation. A month later, my new phone came in the mail, I went to the store to make a payment, and NOW they tell me I can't make a full payment on my phone or it will void the $350 rebate. I'm confused, I thought she new the policies, terms and conditions? Then again its my fault for trusting people trying to make a sale. Anyways, please avoid doing business with Monica. She doesn't know all the policy. I would go to another store if you want to join T-mobile. More than likely, they wanted a sale and to kick us out. Figures.
