Last time I went here Daniel loaf my taxes and spent I'm not kidding over a year to do my taxes and I couldn't go anywhere else because he had my papers and lost them. This place is extremely unprofessional and practically criminal.

Used to recommend business here, but I can't any longer. Took forever to complete my 2020 taxes. Offered remote services only to ignore calls and emails after getting all my information. Had to show up in person unannounced and frustrated on the final day taxes could be filed just to get any results. My 2019 taxes were never filed despite them claiming they were. Never got a return for that year, and when asked for proof of filing, calls and emails we dodged. Poor service as of late and a complete lack of professionalism.

I was referred to this place years ago and haven never gone anywhere else. I have referred Daniel to friends and family and they’ve always had great experiences !

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It took about two months to finally get one email response and then when I emailed back to set up an appointment, again, complete silence. How they even maintain a “business” is beyond understanding.

I've been helping my mom communicate with the individuals here (Diana and her mom) about getting a bank account set-up with my mom tax info. I've called multiple times and it seems like we're both getting the run-around. They indicate the problem is fixed but yet again the opportunity comes were the Tex refund/ stimulus check is suppose to be getting to us but it arrives home in the Mail. When we call to ask what happened, they indicated that the info has to be put in all over again. I'm not understanding what is going on because they took her bank information and said they put it into her file so they can refer to for future purposes if needed. Well, it happen again! They didn't put the bank information for the CA stimulus which arrived home. It's so important for us for it not to arrive home because our neighbors steal Mail. My parents are old and I don't live nearby to personally help them but I try in any way I can. They're old and need assistance which we are in-trusting them with but aren't receiving the best help. What was the purpose of giving them the bank account information at all then? My parents have been coming to them over 21 years and are hesitant in leaving their services but I am highly recommending them to stop using there services. I highly recommend to anyone not to use there services! You can find better services and prices somewhere else!

I've been coming here over 10 years and have never had a problem doing my taxes. The gals up front are friendly. They get really busy so it helps to call them ahead of time. Parking can be different so give yourself extra time for that.
