I got a used battery in exchange for mine that was dead. A week later had to come back again cause the battery was dying. Met with the owner I supposed, had me another battery then I asked for a new one instead. He gave me a new one with no questions asked and no extra charge. His wife said; "we take care of our customers".

This place SUCKS ! They are VERY RUDE NO HELP WHAT SO EVER they can't even figure out what is wrong with my car , lock smith and my mechanic said Main Auto Elect has bad reputation not fixing cars right customers have to go elsewhere and pay again to fix what this place didn't correctly fix 1st time DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE FIND ANOTHER AUTO ELECT MACH !

Needed a car starter for my truck. Place closed at 12pm sales rep waited for me to get there so I can get the starter 5 mins after closing.

They didn't even try to figure out why my battery kept dying they just told me that my battery was still good that something else is draining my battery which I already knew that I told them that when I first got there,they wouldn't do anything to try to find out what was draining it.I'll never go there again.

Easy cheap and excellent. They sold me a new car battery and took my old one for a 10$ rebate. I didn't even have the battery with me but they remembered the $ when I went back next week. Warm staff. Very local low brow spot, which I love!
