Love the feel of fabric, but after 2 wears the whole seam came apart. And they are a size too big so it was not a stretch issue. I don’t have receipt so I can’t return, but that makes me Leary to purchase from here again. I heard quality was good, however that was not my experience.

It has been 15 business days now since I sent back a pair of jeans and still no refund. Email confirmation states it was received and would take 7 to 10 business days to process. I called today and the lady said sorry we are processing our year end inventory first and then we will get to deal with customer returns maybe this week or next week. Is it just me or should they process customer returns first? I should think so! Lame.

Looks like I'm not the only one complaining about poor customer service. Love the product but wow you guys need some help on how to run and business and interact with customers.

This company steals from you. I returned 6 items, got refunded for 5. I contacted their customer service and after 4 weeks of back and forth they blamed me and refused to give me a refund or credit. I will never shop here again. I filed a complaint with my credit card company.

Their clothes are really lovely and high quality, but it does not make up for the terrible customer service. I had been a longtime customer, but after some changes to their website, I was unable to use the loyalty points that I had accrued because there was no longer an option to use them at checkout. I contacted customer service, who had me jump through several hoops (trying different browsers/operating systems), without apparently doing any investigation on their end, before I ultimately put my foot down and said I would not perform any more website debugging for them. I requested that they reimburse me my points with a gift card, but they refused. So it appears that their \"loyalty program\" is in fact a scam. If you want to buy their clothes, don't buy them from their website, use another retailer that is honest and has good service.

I ordered tops on Jan 3, 2023 knowing that they wouldn't fulfill my order until January 17th. They charged my credit card on January 3rd. Today is January 25th and I haven't received my order nor have I heard from the company! I will never purchase from this company again

Shipping on purchased clothing is delayed in excess of 15 business days. Poor customer service. First time customer and will definitely not be a return customer.

I made an online purchase on September 15th. Never received shipping notification. So I attempted to contact customer service via text. After asking for an update on my order I was told "Someone will be with me shortly." 20 minutes later no response. So I tired calling customer service. 20 more minutes and still on hold.

I had a credit for a return. Purchase a new order with credit and also the balance owed on the order on my credit card. I was credited the amount I paid on the credit card but my credit that was applied with a emailed discount code was not. I have called emailed and tried to get a response for a month and no one responds to the issue. If you call the phone you will be prompt to leave a message. After leaving a message no one calls. Email sent I get someone will contact you in 48 to 72 hours. No response. This happen not only this time but has been a outgoing issue for a good year. That's why I am reporting this company. I want my credit issued to a credit card for the amount that was used for my return discount. I do not want a code discount on my account with Liverpool since they cannot get back to me on how to use it again. I'm done with this business!
