I have been her client for many years, but this year she has completely failed me. She refuses to send me my tax return that she filed for me, adn that I paid over $500 for my wife and myself. I have called her endlessly and she refuses to answer my calls or return my calls. My texts go unanswered and her husband just takes messages but never makes sure she returns calls. This will definitely be the last time I file with her. Because of her lack of professionalism, I missed out on a college scholarship.

Started ok with having all my documents in line. Expensive! I think they charge depending on your return but not sure. The second time the taxes weren't filed for my then husband. He had to do two years worth of taxes that were not completed. They said they were but we didn't do our due diligence to check. So my recommendation is to stay away but if you go make sure you check that they filed your taxes on time.

Letty was helpful until she made a mistake. I could not get her to help me correct the error! I do not recommend you file your taxes with her.

Leticia is the only tax prepare that I've gone to for the last 5 years . If I had knew of her before , I would of came here before . She's very knowledgeable with taxes and all the of the questions I have for her . She's very reasonable with her prices as well. If you don't have a to go to tax person, Leticia is the person to go to!

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!LETICIA GONZALEZ IS A FRAUD!If I had a choice I would not even give Leticia Gonzalez one star!!!Ok where do I begin.... last year in 2018 I had came to her office where I had brought 3 yrs. worth of taxes... at first she seem friendly but then she talking about how people are saying that she has been taking everyone's money and not doing their taxes... I laughed a little thinking it was a joke that people are saying these things about her.... so I still go ahead with a taxes with her..... I paid her $2800 to do my taxes by the way....so now I am waiting for my return from the IRS... NOTHING!!! THEY TOLD ME SHE NEVER FILED !!! And its had already been 6 months of me waiting for a return.... here is the really sad part... since April 14, 2018 I have been waiting for my return that I still haven't got...I have called Letty several times I have even made appointments with her and she never shows up. At one point she sends her husband to pick up paperwork and I saw her HIDING IN ANOTHER STORE not wanting to see nor speak to me.... point of this isShe is a FRAUD I will never go back and at this point I am suing Leticia GonzalezPlease READ MY WARNINGDO NOT GO TO LATICIA GONZALEZ.So is fraud! I wish I would have listen to what she had said that people are saying she is taking money from them and not doing their taxes because its happening to ME.NOW I HAVE TO WAIT TO BUY A HOUSE CAUSE SHE TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER FILED!!!! AND ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR NOW!!!
