Poor customer service and false advertisement of services as it relates to consistency of hours of business and services particularly with alterations. The woman who answers the phones and handles the services is rude and condescending, and proceeded to argue stating that I could not be seen when I arrived for alterations before 11am and requested alteration services (Alterations 7:30-11am). I am a frequent customer and was very disappointed by how I was treated and may not return as a customer.

I am very upset that my Givenchy shirt that I brought in to get a hole fixed underneath the armpit area days ago prior to a month long European trip that I needed to have this shirt for. I was told that it would be ready at 5pm on Saturday as I leave for my trip on Sunday. I picked up my order as usual. Not only was the original hole still in the armpit. There is now a hole double the size in the other armpit. I was told that I was Incorrect and that I did not bring it in to get repaired for the hole which is the only reason I brought in that specific item. A World Tour Givenchy collection T shirt was picked up in a worst condition that I brought it in. It is unfortunate that I can no longer support this business any more. Extremely upset. She gave me back my money for the wrong service I was charged for and did not take ownership of the neglect of my item, kept deflecting and said that I never told them I wanted it repaired.

I would always double check the price EVERY time you go. My first few visits, I had my shirts laundered for about $4. They've been charging me $7 past few times and I've caught on, so I asked when they increased their prices. The lady told me they never changed... Lack of transparency has lost my business.Service: Laundry wash & fold

Got my designer linen pants dry cleaned, asked for them to re crease and the pants already had a crease so it would be easy...... BUT Tell me why instead of using the original crease, they established another crease?? The pants look tacky now, thanks?!??Tl:DR brought in my pants and now my pants have two different crease lines on each leg.

Just moved to the neighborhood and found this place. They are great. I got some shirts tailored and some items dry cleaned. Everything came out perfect and the prices are reasonable. The tailor is really talented. I got my Gucci shirt fitting like a glove.

AlsoYou can't walk in to the shop anymore sinceCovid.. there is a long table.. in front of shop . To separate your clothes and a clothing rack to put your clothes on..They are very clean and neat..Great customer service!!! Highly recommend!! V.SMITH

Very personable and efficient. Who ever the person is that attends to me is always polite and my items always come back fresh and immaculate. I have also had alterations done on uniforms, slacks, sweaters . They have always come back fitting perfectly. I claim this place as my cleaners, even though I live a couple of cities away. I just found them on my way home from work one day. They are opened late and on Saturdays. The price is always right and fair. I highly recommend them!
