This has to be the most unprofessional auto repair shop in West Hollywood. I’ve had to call numerous times to set up an appointment repair, unanswered calls and text messages. So I went in and spoke with someone named Oscar. I made the appointment again, he gave me a date for repair and when I went there to drop off car Oscar informed me that there’s no availability and I’ve been trying to plan this for weeks, I had only one day off and it was a waste. He still didn’t reply back to the txt, until I said I’m bad review yu, he texted back saying I can refer you to someone else. Hahaha! So no business and now I’m filing a ‘discrimination suit’ etc with the business. Lived in Hollywood for 10 years and never had a problem with that location until it went under new management. Anyway I hope this helps Queen & Kings. ??

Good honest prices and well explained. I feel good being a female going there. I comparison shopped and they had better prices fast and friendly service for my new brakes. I will go here again for my future service. Luis was very helpful.

I chose this shop because of the great reviews. Went to the shop at 8AM. Had an exhaust leak. My car was way louder than normal when idling and accelerating. Shop owner spotted the source within minutes. Repaired in less than an hour. Reasonable price to repair.I can feel the improvement when accelerating and car shifts. In my opinion my car in running way quieter than before I noticed the leak. Will return for future repairs.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Louis is the most honest me mechanic I've met. He gave a fair brake inspection and timing belt inspection on my high mileage Acura. I also got a quality transmission fluid change. Will definitely be coming back in the future and would highly recommend this place.

Luis is a stand-up mechanic. Identified the issue with my explorer, and told me how to get it done at low cost and didn't charge a penny. That's good service right there.

So glad the husband found this place, we love it here, everything is explained so we can understand the entire process. They now service both our Jaguar F-type and BMW X6. I feel confident that I will be taken care of and so will my vehicle. I highly recommend them

I went to Honda dealer and was told by a sales man that this problem is going to cost $1300 dollars when I just wanted an oil change. So I went to this place because of the last experience with Luis was great.First of all ,he has really nice personality.He is polite,nice,talks slowly, he does not act like he’s busy but instead he listened to me what the problem was and very honest.And Of course he does great job too!!He is really great at diagnosing problems!!This time he found out to fix my car in a different way and saved easily over $1000!I can’t appreciate enough to this man.Thank you Luis again and sorry for the late review.I’ll definitely come back to you!

Not the most honest auto mechanic in the neighborhood. I had a flat from a nail and have toddlers so i wanted to get a patch work done. I called ahead before if he did patching which is taking the tire off, sanding, and patching. Which obviously would cost more. He said he did after i explained what kind of work it was. I arrive and he charges me nearly $40. Cash. I saw my tire and it looked like it was just a plug work. I asked him and he said he just plugged it. Plug work only would cost about $20. So he charges me double and just plugs the tire. Not the most honest mechanic. Wont consider coming back.

Just talked to Louis about bringing in my Jeep Cherokee for service due to a shifter issue. Scheduled to come in next week but he does his research, calls me back and let's me know that the issue may cost a lot and that the Jeep dealership had a recall for this issue. Excellent service and attention to my issue. Really appreciate it!! Thanks Louis!

I have been so relieved knowing my car needs are in good, honest hands! Along with the many problems Luis has taken care of for me, he's also gone above & beyond to fix little things like my side mirror that kept falling off, a Service light that was stuck showing on my dash forever for no reason,etc., & never charged me extra! He just makes my car look & run beautifully, without ever taking advantage of my car ignorance by trying to fix things that aren't broken..like many mechanics do to single woman such as myself. Can't recommend L&L & Luis enough..he's one of the good guys!

Real nice trustworthy business - honest and fair prices. Called for brake service in a pinch and brought my own parts. They treated me kind and had the job done in timely manner
