Ghetto. Salespeople unprofessional and lack knowledge about the cars they sell. Went in with my son to learn about what they have to offer, as soon as I said “looking to buy in 6 months” the salesman walked off. No “goodbye “ no “let me know you need anything” etc. ??
Strange thing is we actually found a car we liked and it’s a 2025 so we are gonna order it so it will be here close to the time my son will start to drive. Not ordering it from here though.

I bought a Silverado 2023 on 8/5/2024 .. we took back the truck to the dealer because is was making a noise and wow surprise .. they told us the transmission is bad .. after 1 week at the service they didn’t bother to check the car .. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER .. worst customer service ..

REGRET.Just made the BIGGEST MISTAKE of purchasing a car HERE.I don’t know if Chevrolet is a problem or this specific dealer at this location.Horrible customer service.Walking into Service department, ugh wow, It’s like you’re invisible.No acknowledgment whatsoever that you’re in the room.Lack of communication between advisers and departments has had my vehicle at dealer for a week now without receiving any update or communication on their behalf. Even though I’ve tried calling and leaving messages.They’ve failed to get back to me.There’s days of wait to have anything inspected big or small.Worst part is you have to leave the car at the dealer until your car can be inspected.Even if they won’t be able to look at it until two weeks from now.BEWARE!!! STAY CLEAR!!!

My husband and I had an appointment at 12:20. We arrived at 12;00. We waited more than an hour before my husband decided to complain that no one even came to see why we were even there. Come to find out that the reason no one approached us was because the service attendant we were assigned to was at lunch. This is unacceptable service. We have been Chevy members for over 40 years and this is the worst service we have ever had. We will NEVER return to Keys Chevrolet of Van Nuys. It seemed like the employees were more concerned about me waiting so long than the manager was. He tried to make light of it. Once my husband told him he wasn’t in the mood for jokes he was no longer nice. And when they returned our truck they put the incorrect mileage on the paperwork and windshield.wrote 16,845 when the odometer read 22,400 when we drove off.
In today’s busy life we can pick and choose where to receive service and it won’t be Keyes Chevrolet of Van Nuys.

Al and Carlos changed my life! I walked in only on faith because my credit is so low I thought I would only leave with some information ..BUT I walked out with my new car thanks to these two guys and their team they made it happen for me I am so happy and grateful and excited to go back for my future cars !! Al and Carlos will make it happen for you, It was hands down the best car buying experience for ME I feel like they set me up for success where as I haven't felt that at any other dealership

"I was happy with my purchase of my car, but our sales guy forgot to take the alarm off from the dealer. I had to call roadside assistance and get back to the dealership. I was really frustrated. This kept happening until they finally figured out what was going on. I know he’s young, but he needs more training."

In short: Worst car dealership experience I've ever had!
I Came in with my Chevy Volt after the car wouldn't charge and had a "Service High Voltage Charging System" error light. Their diagnostic concluded it needed new coolant fluid and the charge was $803!!!
So - draining and topping off 3 reservoirs of coolant -- EIGHT HUNDRED BUCKS!
When I asked how something so rudimentary cost so much they said it's much more elaborate than that and threw a bunch of buzz words and tech stuff at me. They also mentioned that it takes several hours to perform and is labor intensive. When I challenged them to explain what the process entails other than simply draining fluids out and putting new in, they did not really explain any further. One of the managers I spoke to offered me $100 off and said "Were done here" and left...
I even talked to the service department manager, who thought I'm just "devaluing" their work. I was just trying to understand why a seemingly simple process cost so much.
Having no options and already having to pay the diagnostic fee whether I go or stay, I agreed for them to perform the service, which didn't take several hours like they said. It took 1.5 hours total!
My receipt quoted $33 for parts and about $700 for labor.
I asked the manager what is the hourly labor charge and he said that it varies... When I asked him whether it's over $300 per hour he said it depends and got up and left the office...
I will definitely report this dealership through all available channels.
They may have got my money but they will never earn my business!
