My 1996 Honda was stolen and I needed a new catalytic converter and sensors.I called a couple of places and this place was reasonably priced and 10 minutes from my house.I was impressed with the customer service and fast installation. I was in and out of their place in about 30 minutes.I'm happy to say my car is running good and I would definitely recommend this place! Thanks Joe!

About $700 more expensive than most places I called to have the same work done . Ended up paying $1,150 he was charging 1,800 .

I brought a catalytic converter to this place. They said it was not the right one but they could add an oxygen sensor hole which they charged me an extra $50, in addition to the $150 regular price. But the smog check place said it was not the right one. I had to buy the right one. I took the new one back to Joe’s but they would not install until I paid them another $150. So I said they should install it go free as they knew the one they installed for $200 was not the right one. So now it’s going to cost me$350 total. They were very rude also.

Ngl, took my mustang to get a catback installed about a year ago & they were honestly quick with it. Got my catback installed in like 5-10 minutes maybe?but when i went to ask the guy who was just standing around there on how much i would have to pay, they said “150” & in my mind i was like “150? wow that’s pretty good in my opinion” ….. (mind you that a mustang gt has a dual exhaust)after the guy looks at my mustang and says “150 for each side” & that got me like all confused since he initially just told me one price but upped it 2x ?that was honestly my experience and it wasn’t so pleasant. ?recently did an exhaust change on my 23’ is350 & asked them what the price would be & this guy literally told me 50 bucks ? (B & K Radiators & Mufflers in east los) ?

RIPPED OFF!! Called in for a muffler they said they had in stock and to come down. When I arrived they actually did not have it in stock. The owner offered a less alternative he said was just as good for less money. Made the mistake of buying the muffler just to find out it was 70% less online. 70% percent markup is just straight ripping customers off. Be very careful and do your homework if you do take this place your business.

I recommend this place to change your catalytic converter I bought it at the Dealer and they kindly put it for me / reasonable prices they also put the shield that protects the catalytic converter

I went in to get my resonator reinstalled as( mine was stolen after it was mistaken for the catalytic converter -twaked out judgment-) they tried to tell me it was the cat when it clearly wasn't it didn't have any O2 sensors connected to it or cut wires showing a cut sensor.they pretty much just tried messing me over for a cat on my car. The work was quick but for them to lie is kinda low I know about cars it's my passion I was able to tell, but for someone else who isn't as mechanically inclined you'll get screwed over fast. Be careful taking it to them I can't say they're trust worthy
