I stopped in a Sunday at 11:45am. There were 6 visible attendants with one assisting the only other car there. At 11:55am a technician waved me to an open bay where I waited until 12:07pm. 22 minutes and not one technician approached my vehicle. I did watch one person drink a Mt. Dew, two others watched a group of bike riders while the other walked around aimlessly. Never again.

I went with a Groupon for a full synth oil change @$70. That all went very well. The person who explained everything and took my payment was really nice and helpful. 5 stars. Now, I'm not saying this was intentional, this was caused by most likely a need for more training...The mechanic was saying that my brakes in back were in the red and to change them now, and that my brakes in front were in the yellow and needed to be changed very soon. I don't drive a lot and had them done less than 6 months ago. I took my car today to a different location that's certified by the state to do inspections. Using the same measurement tool, they said there's no reason for me to change either set now and that I should back in 2k miles.

While the employees I interacted with were very nice, I feel like I got scammed at this place. A week after I had my oil changed here, I took my vehicle into the dealership to have a few things looked at before the warranty expires. To my surprise, the oil was old and in desperate need of a change, as was the filter. This Jiffy Lube location also talked me into a few other services, which included topping up the other fluids. Surprisingly, the dealership needed to top these same fluids up. I was testing out this Jiffy Lube since it’s close to my home and I wanted an alternative to taking it to the dealership. I’ve tried escalating this directly through Jiffy Lube, but the franchise owner doesn’t seem to be interested in explaining why they essentially stole over $400 from me. I’m not sure how a business can get away with this.

SCAMMERS! / CON ARTIST LOCATION - BEWARE!Came in for an oil change. 5-6 employees working. Only 2 other customers at this location at Melrose and La Brea.I was told I needed a great variety of other things to be done for my vehicle as well. I opted to go ahead and have the cabin air filter replaced per their recommendation.Upon completion, I paid for all services, and left for a quick errand, 1 mile down the road. Immediately I smelled a weird smell from inside the car but could not tell what it was. I turned the interior fan on high, and now hear a loud motor noise when the fans are at high levels. It took me 5 minutes to complete this 2nd stop. When I began to drive again, smoke started rising from the hood of my car.I immediately called Jiffy Lube and told them what was happening and that I was returning immediately. When I arrived, there are now several cards waiting for service. Some employees see me, recognize that I was just there, see the smoke rising from my car, and come to check it out. Upon lifting the hood, the technicians had spilt oil all over the engine, and the manifold and it was burning.I relayed the issue about the loud motor noise with the fan, watched an employee pull out the cabin filter from behind my glove box, and it was THE SAME DIRTY OLD AIR FILTER.So, they encouraged me to spend more money, charged me for new products, and then put the old dirty product back in my car.Jason was the manager working. Apparently the owner of this location is Gaylan Carol, who I have tried to get in contact with multiple times. This person has not responded to any of my inquiries and now it has been 2 weeks.I’m done being screwed over by con artists in this city. CONSUMERS - DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. ALWAYS HAVE SOMEONE YOU TRUST VERIFY WHAT THEY TELL YOU IF YOU CAN.

WOW! I have never had such garbage service.3 HOURS TO JUST INSPECT MY CAR. They literally brought it into the bay and then looped it back around to the back of the line. People who arrived AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER ME FOR ACTUAL SERVICE LEFT BEFORE ME!They wouldn’t have even told me about the accidental movement if I hadn’t gone out and asked what the hell my car was doing at the back of the line!DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR PATRONAGE.

Omg I hate this place. Ugh. For starters they took forever to put oil in my car. They keep saying 15 minutes so I waited with my friend! We were gonna eat lunch but waited caused they said they almost done, they kept doing this when I realized it's been almost an hour I asked again how long is gonna take? They said 5 minutes sorry we just gonna top off the oil ... So what the hell where they doing for an hour??? Those 5 minutes turned into 30 minutes again, when I looked what he was doing he was barely starting changing the filter of my car 30 minutes later putting oil in my car wow I got out of there 2 hours later!!! I'm just so mad right now because I told them to make sure everything is fine with my car!!! They said everything is fine but maybe I should get a new battery soon. Anyways the plastic cover under my car blew off in the highway!!! They didn't mention anything!!! Why??? I clearly told them make sure everything is fine with my car !!! I could've caused an accident driving!!! Incompetent idi*s

I've been once before for the exact same service (coolant snd air in tires) and it took 15 mins including the wait time .. it was a great experience . Came again today expecting the same service, and it took 1 whole hour, with 1 car in front of me. 20 workers it seemed were there and still took that long. 1 worker literally asked me the same question 8 times. The value was fine - but not worth the wasted time. Go to Valvoline instead - way more consistent service.

Check-in was great - the young man was friendly, polite (good manners), and efficient. Oil change service was super fast. I also love how no one tried to upsell me anything. Seriously, I expected someone to try to get me to buy services I didn't need. I also had a coupon - loved that part - saved 20 bucks and was the reason I came in to Jiffy Lube in the first place. Waiting area was clean and tidy and the free coffee was very much appreciated! I will definitely be back. Great experience! Thank you!

You wouldn't believe the shit that happened to me at Jiffy lube! I don't think I can make up this kind of story. I go there at 4:15 wait about 1/2 all good. A guy comes to the window " how can I help you?" I tell him that I want a 30K maintanance check with tire rotation, oil change and all other fluids etc. 1 hour later, a guy comes back to me telling me the car is ready. I said: I don't think the tires were rotated! He: oh yes (I marked the tires and showed him) his response: I am sorry. He hands me a list of items they checked, but didn't adjust any fluids or oil. It was marked on the paper as (may need attention) At this time I was losing my shit as the guy who had taken the order and now closing out the work order is telling me that he shouldn't even be here and he was not authorized to talk to customers. WTF???? Now I am dealing with a supervisor, who should have been on top of everything from the beginning. Why would I come to Jiffy Lube to only get a piece of paper saying (may need attention) Nobody told me it needed attention when they checked the car. Not a place to go back to!

The employees we worked with (Demari, Alberto & Isaac) were very polite and professional. We received excellent service and highly recommend this location for your oil change and car service needs.
