Dude, first of all they overcharge, they're not specific on telling you everything because now I got other documents saying that im missing paperwork, which makes no sense. And now they're charging me to do it and they won't even let me use their copyer And I'm a customer there. Who does this!!!! Is place is trash? And my h and r real estate her name was Maria.

Absolutely horrible although they got my return done correctly they didn’t do the advance correctly so now I don’t get the advance their communication is absolutely horrendous the woman they have answering the phone sounds like she writes speeches for Joe Biden incoherent talks in circles Definitely using someone else besides H&R Block next year

This specific spot for H&R Block is great! Guillermo is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend their services to anyone venturing into owning a business or doing work as an independent contractor.

I went about getting my taxes done at the 11th hour for 2 closed businesses. Guillermo, the office manager, has a very disarming personality and quickly understood my needs.I was assigned to David Sabourin. David asked several questions and quickly took charge. The work was done very efficiently and thoroughly. He was very professional and courteous in getting the job done. He is an expert at the job. H&R Block is provides excellent value for tax work compared to anyone else I know.

Do NOT use H&R Block. They lie and mislead customers. This office is the most unprofessional tax service in Los Angeles. DO NOT USE H&R Block ever and this office. Horrible service and lack of transparency.

Guillermo is genuinely helpful and extremely thorough. I highly recommend this location. Guillermo is a national treasure, we need more people like him around. He must be protected at all costs. No cap, on gawd, facts, etc.

I definitely do not recommend. 99% of their staff are inexperienced with no knowledge. Each one provides different information. They do not have USCIS-approved personnel at their branches.

The agent was punctual in regards to the time of my appointment. The agent was pleasant, very knowledgeable, professional and very good at the work being done as well as explaining any questions I had.in preparation of filing my taxes. I was extremely pleased with my experience.
