Never going back to this irresponsible dealership.무책임하고 팔기에만 급급한 전형적인 중고차 딜러쉽.절대 가지 마세요.-Details-Bought a used car, the battery was messed up and it stopped while I was driving it.They said that they had changed the battery, but they did it in the worst way. Check out the photo, it's taken on the day I picked the car up.First day I picked up the car, the car didn't ignited after parking to a mall which was three miles away.I had to call the insurance company to jump start the battery.But after driving for an hour (to make sure the battery's alive) and when I parked it back home, the car didn't ignite again.On the second day, the car sometime ignited and sometime didn't, so I gave a test drive when it ignited. However when I parked to a mall that was a mile away from my home, it was dead again. After trying to ignite it again for several times, it somehow went on. I tried driving it back home quickly but the car went off while I was driving. I got lucky that there was no car behind me and didn't get in a crash.The mechanic said the battery was messed up since they tried to put the plus post on the minus terminal. The size of the connection was totally different but they just broke it open and squeezed it in to connect it. Both of the battery post and the terminal were ruined and that was why the car has stopped while I was driving. Shouldn't you sell a car that is drivable at least?I called the customer service which connected me to the dealer again and they elevated it. All I asked was the reimbursement with the battery and jump start fee, even though the vehicle had its engine light and tire pressure light on the day I picked it up after a short ride. They said they'll call back, but they didn't.Even when I visited the dealership it wasn't a good experience. The first time I visited there, they said the vehicle was ready but it wasn't. So we just wasted our time. Therefore I had to reschedule everything. On the second visit, when we arrived to the dealership the price of the car has changed somehow. It has raised when I got there and if I didn't have the quote I got emailed before, they would have overcharged me with the same car.The reason why I went to this 'official' Honda dealership was because I thought they would be responsible and trustworthy. Turned out it wasn't. I will never recommend this place for anyone.

My car buying experience was AMAZING! all the staff were courteous and professional. Especially my car sales man Matt lemus! He was really kind and EXTREMELY helpful. My family and I are so blessed and fortunate that we found a car sales man that really wanted to help us, he was really dressed the part as well, he stood out from others. I will be recommending him to as many of my friends and family that i can. This gentleman deserves a raise. I’d like to thank Jason from insurance as well for being very informative and kind. My car buying experiences before has been really shady and traumatizing. But let me tell you, downtown Los Angeles is the best dealer to go for your new Honda! I will be returning soon for my next Honda. Thank you guys for the best car buying experience a person can ask for.

Sales person and the manger, finance manager were great and did an amazing job. I bought my car at night time. When I got home the next day I notice the RIM on the passenger side was scratched. I bought a brand new 2024 Honda Accord and it upset me that the RIM was scratched! I contacted the dealership the next day and they promised to fix the issue and it’s been 19 days and I have not heard anything from them!! Still waiting to hear back! I will keep you all updated and see how long it takes them to fix this issue!

I am writing this review as an owner of a Honda accord 2016 exl that experienced a bad radio after 7 years. Long story short it started making deafening static noises out of no where and wouldn’t shut off even when turning the radio off. See video below if curious.After doing extensive research, swapping the radio head unit fixed the issue 100%. Best Buy was unfortunately able to help me as they didn’t have a product to mount an after market radio to despite them selling me on a compatible product.I ended up taking my car to Honda LA and was very impressed by both the parts and service departments. Parts ordered a refurbished factory radio quoted at 3-4 weeks but it ended up coming in about 2 weeks. I then received an over the phone quote for the radio to be installed and this price was honored by the service department.My associate Daniel Molina was very personable and receptive to my problem and he worked to get this issue resolved in a timely and professional manner. I’d strongly recommend this place for work outside the basic oil change….yes it might be a little more pricey but the quality and service is worth it.I am deducting one star because Hondas policy to taxi you home is only a 5 mile radius and I live 8 miles so I had to pay a hefty lyft after I left my car overnight.

Closest location but I hate how slow service department works, makes no sense. Came in as a walk in but even with an appointment they take forever! Ridiculous! Been waiting for 20 minutes for a service advisor just to come to my car n come talk to me before we even begin the paperwork. So annoying especially when you have a toddler with you , these kids get irritated the quickest . (As you see in the photos nobody is busy with customers ) ?

Never ever deal with this company. I bought a Honda CRV from them on January 2022. And the vehicle crashed middle of the road. Wheels came out, shaft was broken, air bags came out. My car didn't hit with any other vehicle or any object. When I called their service department, their attitude was not at all supportive. The finance manager requested me to have GAP insurance and I agreed. But, they gave me a cheat company (Equipro, Oak Group) for the GAP insurance. This cheat company harassed me for long two months and asked me to submit many documents to get the GAP insurance money. Moreover, they asked me to notarized documents. And finally they declined me to pay any money. I wonder how come a Honda Dealer can deal with such a fake company. Beware of this dealer. If everything goes fine with your vehicle, then no problem. In case any accident happens or any danger come to you, they will simply ignore you. I love to give positive reviews always. But, I feel I should aware other people so that they can be cautious. Be careful please.

Probably the smoothest car purchase I’ve made, sales rep David llamas made the process easy and fast and kept me informed. He answered all my questions and got me into exactly what I wanted. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

They sold me a lemon; I bought car about a month ago and they did not fixed issues with the car as they supposed to; just like we agreed. They did not disclose important information about the certified vehicle I bought. Im still waiting for a call; but they show no interest anymore because they just wanted a sell. Do not do business here.

Came in with high hopes of getting a used Civic. This place is massive with a huge multi level garage full of cars. They had A-LOT of Civics to choose from. We were so excited to look at what they had. The first one smelled of turpentine inside, it was so bad. The windshield had a massive crack across it, the battery was dead and the outside was beat up. We told our sales guy Juan not to bother jumping it we were no longer interested. He showed us more cars that were in rough condition and cost more than a new one! We found a decent one but the price was way too high. We then sat down with sales manager Dillon to see if we could get them to lower the price of the car we liked, he said no, but showed us cheaper options. We went back out to the garage and looked and these were more beat up crappy overpriced cars. We then went back to Dillon and said let's work out a price for a new one. He only had one option and it was overpriced as well. He tried selling us dealer add ons like cup protectors and door stickers which probably cost them pennies and was charging us $1495 for them. He said they could not take them off even tho the car was in transit and technically didn't have them on yet. When we said no he tried to say they could probably take off $200. It's a joke and a waste of my time at that point. We left and went down the street to the Toyota Dealer and drove home a brand new Corolla for $750 under MSRP no dealer add ons either. We paid less out the door price for the Corolla than the MSRP for the Civic. I love how Hondas look but I'm not paying those absurd prices and I'm not interested in playing the back and forth game. So,Dillon you were wrong when you told us we would have to pay the add ons and mark ups. I told you there were dealers out there willing to sell cars for what people are willing to pay. Drive yourself to Toyota of Downtown Los Angeles and find out!

A friend recommended your location. Before going to your location I had been to multiple locations and was ready to throw in the towel. Your team from entrance to exit were incredibly friendly and very welcoming. Joaquin my sales rep was beyond amazing. He was patient, professional, and made me feel like family.
