I would like to give a huge postive shout out to Pam Meyer and Ron Antflick of Home Carpet Company.I called them in the morning with a problem involving my automatic shades. The battery holder was broken and needed to be immediately replaced.My call was returned within an hour (amazing) and the battery placement holder was ordered (free of charge under the warranty ) immediately thereafter.I have now received the battery holder replacement and my shades are working perfectly.It was a pleasure to work with such responsive, courteous and professional people.I strongly recommend them for any of your window covering needs.

This company is the best! I worked with Ron 4 years ago and he was super helpful when I first bought window coverings for my new place. I reached out to him with questions again recently and he was just as responsive as the time I bought my window coverings!! So happy he was still there. I have worked with Home Carpet and Window Treatments for years. They have done all the window treatments for our home. I can highly, highly recommend this company for your home or office. They are by far the best service provider my wife and I have ever used for any needs for our home. George, Ron and Tim have been professional, kind and so helpful through the whole process. The service, response time and warranty cannot be matched by any business in the city. Months, even years after we have made a purchase, if we have a problem they are at our door and make it right at no charge to us. The selection, service, pricing and care are all A+ at Home Carpet. We needed to add a runner to our stairs and we're working without a designer. George asked a bunch of questions about our home, our needs, our taste. He came to our home with a bunch of wonderful options. He has a keenly developed eye, great taste, and seems to tap right into what his customers want. He helped us select a runner that is not only beautiful, but is so organic to our space that it looks like our home was designed around the new carpet runner. Communication and service were fantastic including the people who installed the carpet. From top to bottom, working with home Carpet was a wonderful experience.

Home Carpet & Window Treatments is absolutely the best company I've ever worked with for home decorating! We had an initial meeting to measure for Solar Window Shades, that afternoon we received the bid and the order was placed the same day.George is extremely knowledgeable, very meticulous and on time!
