I Dealt with my required returns one of which was because of bad information by their staff at another location, the fact they bumped me for a restocking fee on This one is outrageous, and will result In my never signing up again for their Members club. Added to this they ask me each time I shop Do I wish to join the club? Look if that does not show up like a house on fire on their computer screen what he'll is the point, it's a con if you ask me.
If I'm incorrect Harbor Freight somebody at corporate reach out to me this needs to be fixed ? situation.
I'm patiently waiting to see what happens next.

This place has all the good looking girls with the best service. A female with Gucci glasses I think her name was Barbra forgot her name was so nice she helped me with a generator and got me to purchase a membership and oil. A very good sales person thank you harbor freight for giving great employees. Gracias

This location is probably the best I’ve been to in LA. The staff immediately asked if I needed help in multiple aisles, guy at the register was super nice, place was clean and tools where they should be, and the prices are right! Stoked to have this place down the street from my house, I’ll be back!
