Terrible. Will not even verify if cashier's checks are from their bank. I'd avoid this place and put your money in a safe place.

I love First Republic! The customer service is amazing. Jhon-Michael and Lyndsey at the CC branch are great. Responses are always timely and friendly. I have 3 accounts with FR and have great experiences with each. I also appreciate all the amazing and generous swag!

Came for a delivery and the sales and Service Manager was very nice and patient with me! He offered cookies that were located in the lobby and he directed me where I needed to go. Security was very friendly and the receptionist on the 2nd floor was very kind to offer me a Fiji water to flush down my cookie. Five stars for hospitality all the way!

Terrible atms and check deposit app for businesses. Talked to their tech support and they simply don’t care.

If only they did value relationships with their customers. After being a customer for 12 years they have treated me terribly. Can't even get them to return a phone call or an email. Be careful if you decide to do business with this bank.

Andre Frigo assisted my husband and I with the process of our home loan. Andre was AWESOME! He worked so hard for us and we're really grateful for all he did to get our loan approved. It wasn't easy to get the approval, FRB definitely put us through the ringer for a really good interest rate but we're glad Andre was there to help us all the way through! I would definitely recommend working with him for anyone interested in home loans. We also had a great experience when we visited our personal banker, Jazael. He even gave us a welcome package with awesome First Republic goodies!...and not to mention THE COOKIES! Overall we are really happy to have worked with Andre and also to be a part of the First Republic Family!

Worst experience of my life trying close an account once my family passed away. It is a difficult time as it is to lose a loved one but Maria and Neil did everything in their power to keep the money flowing to them. The stall tactics were so hilatious a lawyer had to be hired. Run screaming from this place and warn your family to not trust them. This is not a reputable business.

Great bank with a staff that is very nice. I have only started banking with them since I decided to get my homer loan from them. I do have a home loan from them and they are nothing but awesome in helping me with any little issue or demand I had when I was initially trying to find a place. Ask for Jon Durante, he is spectacular! I went to one other bank (Wells Fargo on Montana Ave in Santa Monica) before here and the rate was MUCH higher and I have been a long time customer of theirs. I guess reading other's reviews... some people who work here may have an off day and bring that to work, but from what I have experienced, this bank is good and the people who work there make it good.
