Family Industries exceeded my expectations. Their staff was very professional and super fun! I picked a product they had never done before, they ordered a sample and practiced first. They got back to me with pictures of the samples. Needless to say it was a big hit at our party! Adam and his team were fantastic every step of the way. They made a custom website for my guests including the logo and it blended so well with our party. I can't wait to hire them again for our next event! Seriously the best vendor we hired!

Family Industries printed t-shirts for our signature event, The Frogtown Artwalk in September of 2022 and they did a terrific job. They handled the project from start to finish with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Shirts were done on time and looked great! We certainly recommend them and would work with them again.

I HIGHLY recommend Family Industries! They answered my million questions quickly and patiently, helping me through my first ever shirt printing, and then quickly produced exactly what I had in my head. You get the personal touch of a small business and the product selection of a much larger one. Can't wait to work with them again.

Waste of time. I contacted Family Industries for some screen prints for my art show. They said they could do it in time, sent me a quote and I approved. Lots of confusion and lost emails. Then at the last minute they said they couldn't do it because LA was too hot. At this point it was too late for me to reach out to anyone else, so I had no choice but to order digital prints from them. They said the prints were high quality but when I received them they looked worse than my home printer and I couldn't even use them for the show. They didn't even try to give me a discount. And now they have been spamming my inbox for the past three months asking me to leave a review. So here it is! Complete waste of money and time. I still give them two stars because I received posters, and they had a somewhat friendly attitude in the emails.

Family Industries did on-site live printing of PJ pants at my daughter's Bat Mitzvah a month ago and I cannot say enough fantastic things about working with them! From the very moment I made an inquiry about their services, they were super responsive, incredibly patient in explaining the various options, organized, planned in advance for the designs and worked with us to create exactly what we wanted. The team on-site that day was efficient and so nice to work with- and the kids were thrilled with the result! I would highly recommend Adam and his team and would 100% use them again.
