my name is william and this massage is to whom concern. today 5/8/2024 i visit this store and the customer service is the most Horrible i dont recomend this experiance to no body. some lady at the cashier has terible actitud to the customers i tink her name is 'Brisa thats my ticket said. so please if someone any supervisor can do someting about it please do it because costumers never come back to this place. tanck you .again my name is william and my ticket number is DE#2162A17417 or REF# 153698 US DEBITT AAC -9B0E9DE8C29D2D6A.

Didn't expect to have such a great experience at a paint store, or any experience really. Buy paint and leave was my goal. Apparently that's hard to do when you have no paint knowledge. Brisa to the rescue! She was so helpful! She walked me through each sheen, different grades of paint for different rooms, and waited patiently while I called my painter. I left with confidence, which is a great feeling after being frazzled by colors and costs. I returned days later for more of the same wall color and stupidly brought my Home Depot color match sample and not the Dunn Edwards formula I was actively using. Despite being busy, Brisa and crew found my formula in the computer and got me exactly what I needed! Thanks, y'all! Also, don't sleep on the sick merch. My whole household is repping Dunn Edwards.

I'm deep into an important exterior paint project and a lot is riding on the outcome. I've needed a reliable place to get test paints and advice on colors. The staff here is super nice- like SUPER NICE! Brisa and JB especially have helped me through the process and made helpful recommendations. The paint colors and quality are gorgeous. It's easy parking and they open very early in the morning. Highly recommend!

Purchased paint over the phone as an individual, I asked for the smallest size available (which was $18, rip off). Whoever helped me on the phone said buying then and holding was the best option in case it sold out. I say okay because I don't know anything, I'm just trying to buy some paint so I can move out. When I went to pick unit up I noticed the sticker said no returns. I walked right back in to return it and told them no one told me it wasn't returnable, as I was just purchasing to match test an apartment I was moving out of. They were very aggressive when telling me I "should've known it wasn't returnable" and "who buys paint and doesn't know what color they want", which was very rude and demeaning. In addition, the manger kept talking over me and telling me it's my fault for not knowing their policy. I told them random people who aren't in the profession don't know things, and it's be helpful if these policies were told, especially if you're providing a service you say is "necessary" over the phone. The manager only let me leave with a store credit usable within 90 days, which I'm not even going to use. Garbage location with non transparent and demeaning workers. Nice parking lot though.

Great experience, great service, great advice! I found a parking spot right away but they have the intended that helps people to find parking in the rush hour.

Mr. Andrew Gallegos is the man here! I am currently working in the COVID unit in my hospital and looking for p100 filters for my respirator. I called the store and Andrew got what I needed right away. I am glad I came here. I hope he reads this and how much help he just gave to the nursing community helping the sick. God bless you man!!!! As other reviews describe, this Dunn-Edwards store has excellent customer service! Hector, the store Manager, is genuinely interested in the projects customers are working on, and helps guide the paint decisions. All the other staff are equally as helpful. Thank you so much!

So we needed interior paint for our house. We have new walls and need paint for the entire interior of the house. We know nothing about paint other than the color and finish we wanted. Steve, the Assistant Manager, was very helpful and gave us a "paint education." He helped us select a paint shade for us and provided some paint samples for us to take home and test drive. We returned to this Dunn Edwards store and Steve was not in but we spoke with the store manager, Daniel. Even better!!! He reiterated the importance of selecting the correct primer for virgin walls etc., and gave us a great price on our total paint purchase. We were very satisfied with Daniel and Steve's knowledge and assistance. Real nice guys. The store was neat, clean and well organized. We highly recommend this store for all your home painting needs. Cheers! By the way, painted walls look absolutely beautiful. The shade and finish Steve recommended came out perfect. We are very happy with the end result!
