I have been part of the cvs pharmacy family for more than 30 years.Yesterday when I called, to have my px filled, “YOLANDA” the pharmacist kept refusing to call my insurance to get an override on my script.Yolanda kept asking me why I was short the amount of pills , before my renewal date which is in just a few days.I suffer from a neurological disorder. I’ve never been so PATRONIZED by a pharmacist.Ever since ZY left the location in the mid 90’s, the pharmacy has not been the same.Yolanda doesn’t care about another person’s health condition as well as adding mental health to another person’s health.Perhaps SAM, the store manager can elaborate on this issue.Yesterday was another day and the same story. Blablabla, when I get to the location, I’m told the medication is out of stock.Today “10-21-23” I was sent to another store, and was told the medication was readywhen in fact it was the same story, “THE MEDICINE IS OUT OF STOCK”.Josephine, who’ve I known almost 30 years, seems to have come up with a solution.I really need this medication

This cvs was absolutely horrible any other cvs would be better. The staff in black uniform claimed i stole when i didn't and they claimed i stole even when i said they could search me and they made a security person follow me around the store i felt very harassed and then after they kicked me out n said to never return. DO NOT GO HERE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY NOT WORTH ITT!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service claimed I stole when I clearly didn’t, had them check the camera’s and you clearly see me grabbing my item and walking to the checkout and after I showed them my evidence they dismissed me with attitude and didn’t even apologize and banned me from the store for no reason. (I am not a karen I swear)

Unfortunately, I had an awful experience with a pharmacist trying to deal with a confusing prescription issue. He interrupted me multiple times and then berated me when I said I lost my prior prescription and said "You should've told me that first" twice. I presume they're very busy, but this was the worst I've ever been treated when attempting to fill a prescription at any pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever! They keep saying come by this day...that day...they never have the medications ready! They deserve a 0 star! Plus being on hold for 30 minutes at times....good luck with these people

Patient privacy is comprised at this CVS pharmacy location. I am filing a formal HIPAA violation complaint with the Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights so this location can be investigated in hopes of protecting others. I went to check the status of my prescription today at the drop off/consultation desk. The pharmacist told me it was out of stock and he didn't know when they would get more. A man standing to my right chimed in and said, "Aw man you're out of that medication?" The pharmacist answered him with a yes and then turned to me and said I could check other pharmacies. The pharmacist was okay with this man eavesdropping in our private conversation about my medication, and the pharmacist didn't even have the nerve to tell the man where to stand for patient privacy while waiting his turn. The pharmacist also didn't take the time to look up other pharmacies to see where this medication is in stock. He told me to go ask around. Send your prescriptions and business elsewhere.

Terrible experience with the photo center and manager. DO NOT PRINT HERE!I saw 19 cents per photo advertised on the CVS site. Checked with the employee behind counter that the price would be honored from my in store print project. He said with 200 photos I would save even more. 14 cents print! Even better….I thought.I returned an hour later to pick up. Of course he’s gone. The assistant managers are confused about the price. They call the head manager over and he was cold and unhelpful, clarifying too all too late now that’s it’s online only.I explained that if I placed the order online it would come out of the same printer, that their employee MISINFORMED me about the pricing, which wasted my time, and I asked how to proceed. He said I could buy them at full price or they can throw them away.No pleasing the customer here for their error. Regional should get in there and make some changes with the management team. Going elsewhere from now on. What a waste of my afternoon.

Initially coming to this plaza to go to the Whole Foods next door, I decided to check this CVS out for disposable cameras as I regularly pick them up from. CVSs are normally bland all over, the exterior, the interior, the music, and the employees but this visit stuck out to me. One employee immediately asked if I needed help finding anything to which I responded by asking if they had any disposable cameras. The guy gave me their options and I then picked what I wanted and headed to self checkout. I had a coupon that I wanted to use and was struggling to activate it myself - I became alittle frustrated and waited in line for regular check out. Seeing that I was struggling a bit another employee (who seemed like a lead) took the time to wait for me to find the coupon I was looking for. And after I couldn't find it he offered me an in store coupon that was the same thing - I was surprised that these dudes cared enough about my little problem to make sure I walked out of there happy. This was around 2pm 03/21/2023

The pharmacists I’ve encountered there have been awesome! But nearly every technician has been rude and/or unhelpful. I understand they are a very busy pharmacy but you can still treat customers a little more attentively.

I love the CVS Pharmacy on W 3rd Street and Fairfax. The pharmacist, Jenny, is always so kind and helpful. She truly makes life easier by happily helping me with my prescriptions. No matter what time of day or night, Jenny gives me her all. I appreciate this beyond words. Jennifer is another very kind pharmacist that helps me as well. Today Josephine and Daniel assisted me on the phone and through my check out. They always remember my name and greet me with the warmest smiles! The entire staff at this CVS pharmacy location is second to none!! They go above and beyond! Making my days much easier.

Had a good experience at the CVS at third and Fairfax. I was seen at the Cedars-Sinai Urgent Care and they sent my prescription to the CVS.CVS sent me a text saying that my prescription would be ready in 2 and a half hours, but they would do it quicker if I needed them to do that.I texted back that I did, because I expected to start feeling better soon after the first dose. That worked. The prescription was ready as soon as I showed up. I took the first pill as soon as I got home, and I'm starting to feel better already.
