Avoid this store at all costs. It's a dump. Products cost double what they should. Shelves are either empty or locked up. Nothing where it's supposed to be. Trash on floor and shelves. Parking lot filled with garbage. Plus, greedy CVS thinks having just one employee is enough to run this store. Good thing CVS had record profits for their CEO and execs, because they sure are not investing profits in this store.

Worst Pharmacy ever!!!! If there’s any problem instead of trying to fix it they never accept their fault, interrupt, yell at their customers and always delay your refills. They were supposed to send prior authorization requests to couple of my different doctor’s offices, none of them ever receive their faxes and they refuse to get it fixed.

My girlfriend called in to see if a prescription for her terrible migraine could be sent to another location since this one didn’t have it. The other cvs had it in stock and advised her to call this one to have them send it over to them. The woman she spoke with was incredibly rude and wasn’t helpful. She ended up hanging up the phone on my girlfriend. I’m blown away by the lack of empathy!

Terrible service. Pharmacist hung up on me when I was trying to ask a question. This has been a pattern of bad service at this location. Switching locations to avoid these miserable people who don’t care about customer service at all.

Love this location staff is always willing to help manager she is always a great person to speak with very friendly and nice. Every time I go into this location every one is always on a positive note would strongly recommend customer service is always in point would rate A+++

That store on Sepulveda is the greatest the manager Lorena whenever i come in she is bouncing around so lively she never stops i needed help in the past in the photo dept she walked me over went through my photos with me . She goes far beyond the call of duty in that store . she was actually sweeping the carpet this morning because the vacuum was not working i go out of my way to shop at that store

A very nice store! Upon entering the store, I was impressed with how organized everything was and also with their vast selection of merchandise. They have just about anything you can think of! The aisles are comfortable to walk through. I had asked for help finding a few specific items and the employee was glad to help out and she knew exactly where everything was. She helped me out super quickly which was really awesome because I was in a rush and running late! Overall, it was a great experience. Usually I end up more stressed out when I have to go inside a store when I'm already stressed out, so it's nice to know they understood my sense of urgency and made the extra effort! The people working were very helpful and friendly and they work with efficiency! I Definitely would recommend this store to everyone.
