The people here are not very friendly. Went here to take a passport photo, a lady at the store took my photo, I told that photo doesn’t look good and the shoulders were not aligned. She just replied that she doesn’t know how to do it and asked me to go to another store.

be prepared to be on hold for several hours if you're calling to ask ANYTHING about your prescription... to be honest they might not even answer at all. i've walked in the store while on hold for 30 minutes and they're just in there doing other things - instead of answering the phone.

Horrible service from the lead cashier basically I came to the store for feminine products grabbed the wrong kind and returned to exchange them 30 minutes later unopened with the receipt... She told me I can't exchange them and I would have to do a return I explained to her there exactly the same except for size and a simple exchange is fine she refused. I asked for the store manager she ignored me and proceeded to text on her phone while I'm having a feminine emergency. It's plain old ridiculous I left the ones I didn't want and took the ones I did she's out of control I will ad her picture and report her to corporate as a woman she is shameful. I have done an exchange with the store manager in the past no issue but it's alway a rude petty employee that ruins it for everyone they have 2 stars and I see why. As a member of the local community it's sad you can't go to cvs without issues.

"Miniscule Miguel the manager" is whatttttttt I call him ???He isssssssss petty asf????But I was superrrrrrr ♀️ ♀️petty ?!!! I bought a prepaid debit card, and it was never activated ?The receipt clearly states "no refund for activated gift cards!" ???What I purchased was a prepaid debitcard!Proceeding ??....................I requested a $2.97 refund because the company issued the remainder ?I wanted back what I paid for the card ?Miguel had me wait, call customer service annnnnnnnnnnd still refused ???Sooooooooooo, I waited longer (had no plans?) and we both stared ? ? at one another like????......he finally refunded me ?Conclusion: My penny ...issssssssss my penny, waited and received a refund ?The END ????

Their pharmacy staff is very warm and cordial. Helpful to get alternative pharmacies on the phone if they don't have a specific drug. Good to joke with the chief pharmacist while getting yet another Covid-19 booster. Keep the community safe!
