Absolutely avoid this CVS the guy who works there with curly hair is retarded, I had to withdraw $500 dollars with moneigram service, after I entered all the data he made a mess with the keys, and blocked the transaction, then the manager came and spoke to the moneygram castumer service and asked him what address this CVS was located in and he didn't know. But how does he do it? To pay such retarded people.

Worst customer service ever. They must have a "how angry are you" scale they require before hiring. Those not at a10 on a zero to 10 scale where 10 = I'm mad at everything including the air I breathe, need not apply.

Ricky, at the CVS Westwood pharmacy, was unprofessional. He did not greet me he seemed down. Just going through the motions . When a Caucasian lady interrupted us, while Rickywas cashing my items out, Ricky did not excuse himself. He continued lspeaking with the woman, and Ricky handed me the receipt without looking at me nor thanking me. He continued speaking to the Caucasian lady who interrupted us. It was a horrible experience. The two male CVS employees, who worked upstairs were helpful, upbeat and polite. I do not spend my money where I'm not appreciated and all people are not treated the same. Ricky provided an unsatisfactory customer service experience today.

2/28/2023: I am stuck waiting over 72 hours; Monday to Thursday for a common Antibiotic prescription. They didn’t give me a choice to try elsewhere, it’s the reason I use CVS!!!

I am a physician calling in prescriptions. The male technician that answered my phone call around 3:45 PM 12/28/2022 was extremely unprofessional. Did not want to take the prescription down. Requested that I send it electronically or by fax. When I let him know that did not have access to those means he quickly said "all right by" and hung up the phone. I called back and had a very friendly interaction with a female technician who let me speak directly with the pharmacist who was very, very helpful I let him know the unprofessional behavior. If you are in healthcare, and thinking about which pharmacy to deal with, I would reconsider. Also patients need to be aware that if they treat ordering physicians this way CVS likely isn't going to value your business

They need to take PHARMACY out of the name! I couldn't even find Tylenol in this store let alone what I actually needed. If you aren't going to provide an assortment of over the counter medications you can't call yourself a pharmacy! I didn't need chips and snacks! There is a 7-eleven across from this store! I needed medicine!!

Complete incompetence-I am a type 1 diabetic in urgent need of my meds for the past 48 hours. I let my prescriptions send over here to CVS for the first time. At arrival later that day I was told the presription hasn’t arrived yet, to come next morning. I arrive next morning in desperate need to get my prescriptions- no not in stock- but try other CVS at target, they have it- go there… nope they’re out, too.Ok so CVS tells me to come first thing in the morning and that they would have it. I arrive at the counter at 9:00 ready to collect my prescription… very unfriendly customer service employee tells me off and wonders who said that It should be here and that it won’t be here until 5 on later today.So I am 48 hours with no meds, have visited the CVS store 5 times and am still feeling like I’m left in the dirt.Never again at this CVS

I gave to this store five stars, only because of the one sells person, by name MICHELL. She is such a beautiful person. Professional, knowledgeble, good work manners,she was always helpful and problem solver. This store is lucky to have someone like her.
