The staff are lovely and that is the one and only good thing about this CVS.I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and it’s only gotten worse.Everything is locked up, even beyond the high priced items. The $6 Revlon nail polish is even under lock and key.The service at the pharmacy is quite simply, terrible. Understaffed, and the ones who are there seem…bored and unhelpful.Half the shelves are empty. Most things outside CVS branding are way overpriced.It’s offensive to its staff and the community it is supposed to provide services to.Find another way to exist on Crenshaw or don’t be here at all.

The cashier Angelica was very helpful. Saw I left the 12 roll t. papers by the register , yelled as I was leaving on bike with 3 additional bags of items " wait , Isn't that your t. p.? then gave me 2 large bags which helped alot on my 1 mile + bike ride home.The worker In the aisle was also very useful showing me where varies items I needed were. Previous experiences at thus store similar..Great crew of workers !

The way this pharmacy treats you is horrible they left me on hold for over 30 minutes came to the phone and saw I was still there and put me back on hold. On top of waiting 8 days now for a medication to be back in stock. I have had a spinal tumor removed and Lupus and pain every day news flash everyone is not a drug addict some people have real issues ?

I want express my upmost gratitude to Aydon, the cashier that literally saved my life trying to get everything my children needed with very little money. "Faith of a mustard seed" is a real thing! And although I came in 20 minutes before closing, had to go back to the car to retrieve my wallet and because Aydon saved me so much money I was able go back and get the wipes I thought I was going to have to sacrifice for diapers for both my children. I thank you CVS for remaining open as late as you do and for Aydon being so kind, informative and patient! I know you all were ready to go home but you still made an impression on me.

The store clerk was very courteous and cheerful, and thank me for shopping at cvs, the Crenshaw store was stocked with every think I went in for.

No one has a name tag on . I drop off cameras all the time here & this time -- none of my photos are found .. even after I called yesterday and was told all 5 of my camera/ photos were ready. The supervisor is absolutely clueless about how the process of photos work here and has a attitude; when me the customer just wants my photos.

My name is Wayne Had a great experience with all the time I come in to CVS the location Crenshaw Coliseum good customer service at the checkout young lady that works there that is a cashier associate her name is Lisette she always help me with everything that I need she a good customer service she's very polite respectful and nice I see her every morning when I come in put money on my capital 360 card and I just want her to know that I love her customer service and respect her name is Lisette very helpful thank you

Worse customer service ever Pharmacy is ridiculous! I called yesterday twice and was greeted by Steven and wanted me to call a different time and day because they were busy. I called this morning again and same thing can you call at a different time we are busy like no !!!! You can wait then for 20-30 mins ok that's fine I'll wait. He put me on hold but you know like if he just had me on mute because the hold music that's usually plays during your hold time wasn't playing so we all know that annoying hold music . And it was just a muted. I waited for more then 35 mins. And they finally hung up the phone on me. This is frustrating and unprofessional. My patient was waiting their for his medication and they failed to help us out. Poorly managed pharmacy would never recommend nor have an experience there. I would put negative starts if they were available.

If I could give them NO STARS I would. I was embarrassed & humiliated there while doing a delivery for Shipt at the pharmacy. NEVER have any other CVS employee ever asked to see my phone to "verify" an order after I'd given them the correct info. I was treated as if I was lying to steal someone's medicine.

I am so disappointed by the level of customer service that I have received from the manager and employees at this store. I waited in line for someone to help me at the perfume counter because there was no one at the perfume counter to help me. After waiting a nice amount of time, I finally was at the front of the line only to be met with disappointing news. The cashier said I had to get out of line to show his manager what perfume I wanted. I asked him if he can just tell his manager on the mic that I want the last 2 Marc Jacob perfume bottles. He said the manager can't do that and I had to get out of front of the line to go show him. I asked him if I could come back to the front and he said yes. So after going to the perfume counter and waiting for the manager to take a long time to find the keys he told me that he will take it back to the register. I went to the front of the line where I originally was and the manager yelled at me " Ma'am you have to wait in line like everyone else" I responded "I did wait in line and I waited for you to find the keys, and I waited for you to bring the perfume to the front, so why would I have to wait in line again. He responded well if you get out of line you have to wait in line again. I responded I didn't get out of line because I wanted to I got out of line because your employee told me to and he said I could come back in front. I then told him you know what I don't even want the two bottles of perfume I was going to purchase. I left the store and called the phone store phone to speak to him personally because I felt humiliated by how he talked to me so disrespectfully and he did it in front of all those people. The treatment I received from the manager Aaron was bad enough that I don't want to ever go back to this store. He yelled at me and I literally wanted to cry. I literally had to call him and to speak up for myself. I gave them multiple chances to fix the situation by the time he wanted to fix it, it was too late because the damage has been done. Why would a customer wait in line twice? Why couldn't the employee just go get the perfume for the customer who was at the front of the line/ at the register. Why would a manager yell at customer? Why couldn't the manager just apologize for the misunderstanding and offer to fix it?
