I've always loved shopping at CVS, but my recent experience has left me disappointed, so I am considering switching to the Eagle Rock location. During a visit, there was a mix-up, and when I tried to resolve it, the store manager accused me of calling her staff liars. Her tone was harsh and unprofessional, which was surprising and upsetting. No effort was made to problem-solve or treat me with respect. This makes me question if the manager's approach reflects how customers are valued at this pharmacy. Respect and kindness are important to me, especially in a place where I go for my health needs. I'm now considering going to the Eagle Rock pharmacy, hoping for better treatment. Everyone deserves to be treated like a human being, and that was not my experience with the pharmacy manager; I was met with defensiveness and rudeness. .

this is a review for the pharmacist that I talked to today that was very rude to me this is for JASON. He was very rude to me when I was just explaining an issue I had with my prescription. he told me "you should watch the way you talk to me" he tried to get loud and I proceeded to be loud as well because that is no way to speak with someone. I asked him for his name and his manager and he said "shes going to tell you the same thing as well" Like who tf talks to people like this?

Parking is terrible. To many non CVS people parking there and nobody care. Manager is never available to help with your concerns.

The sweetest, loveliest woman worked as security for this location ever since I moved into the area. She was one of the few bright aspects of the store. Have not seen her there the past few visits and I stopped attending the store since. The best employee in the pharmacy also fronts an incredibly excellent food truck (tacos Sinaloa) and I prefer to see him there lol. The few aspects I liked about this location are disappearing. I see less and less of the friendly/familiar faces I've grown accustomed to interacting with, and have seen them replaced with depressed teenagers who get passive aggressive every time I ask a question. I've seen too many of the pharmacy techs touch computer screens and then meds without washing hands or even putting on gloves in-between. My estrogen prescription was incorrectly filled and I unknowingly was injecting medication that was 2x as strong (10% vs 20% solution) for almost a month before my doctor caught it. It threw my hormones though a loop and affected all aspects of my health as a result. This place needs to either tighten up or close down.

Absolutely appalling disregard for patients found out to be the manager, Lisa. I’ve been picking up a prescription weekly from this pharmacy weekly for just shy of 2 months. Every week I’m either late to work or just barely on time despite calling first thing in the morning when they open. After having been hung up on multiple times in the past with no answers or confirmation that the medication is being filled, today I finally requested to speak with the manager and to my dismay it was revealed to me that the person treating me with such astonishing disrespect and disregard for the medication I could die without was none other than the manager, Lisa. Once, twice maybe even three times is one thing but finding out that this weekly poor treatment and disregard has come from the manager all along is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve requested to change pharmacies with my doctor - something I should have done the first time Lisa hung up on me after requesting to I have my prescription filled before I have to be at work at 11 or when they got the dosage wrong or the time there was one dose too few of my medication I could die without, finding out that Lisa was behind all of this unacceptable behavior as manager I will never be returning to this pharmacy.

this pharmacy is a horror show. they text me to pick up medications for serious prescriptions that are ready and then i get there and the person at the desk just stares blankly at me and never knows what is going on. and i usually have to argue to leave with medication or i leave without any. then they tell me to order more as if i am a medical doctor. no one cares these days. its infuriating. i wanted to kick the shelves over but i kept it together. im just never going back again. other cvs pharmacies are not as bad at all.

If you are looking to get a prescription filled, avoid this place at ALL costs! I recently had my insurance changed and had to find a new pharmacy. Getting my normal prescription filled has been an absolutely nightmare! I’m on my third visit in 24 hours, and they managed to somehow lose my entire filled prescription. I can’t go to another pharmacy, or receive my meds, as they are essentially being held hostage by this pharmacy. While I know the staff is doing their best, their lack of empathy or urgency as I suffer without my medication has been disheartening. I’m now wasting my day waiting for them to figure how to do a job that was supposed to be completed correctly.

Went in at Highland Park CVS that I always go to. Like the pharmacy and I also do a lot of my shopping there. I get so many things like shampoo, make-up, deodorant, laundry soap, toilet tissue and cleaning supplies. On June 12, 2023, I went in to get a few things and needed help with finding some. The store manager looked really busy but took the time to help me. I really appreciate the customers service at this store.
