Every single thing is locked. And they don't hand it to you when they unlock it. You have to follow them to the cashier. I was going to buy multiple things but the $2.99 nail glue was locked and I couldn't continue shopping if I wanted to buy it. One associate was on the floor to help everyone.I will not longer shop at cvs. Online or otherwise. If that's the goal- succeeded.

I was in the process of switching insurance and needed to urgently fill a prescription despite not having my new insurance card yet. I paid out of pocket and came back a week later with my insurance card and they were able to refund my card! God bless.

This pharmacy is a joke. They are not knowledgeable and will say prescriptions are ready when they aren’t. Absolutely avoid this place

2530 Glendale Blvd CVS - Pharmacy is excellent. Eric the Pharmacist Tech and the Pharmacist friendly courteous professional and went out of their way to make our COVID testing happen. Excellent service. Makes me want to come again.

I gotta say I always appreciate the interactions I have with the employees who work at this cvs location. I've been shopping here, both at the store and at times at the pharmacy, for going on 8 years now. I had one bad experience with an employee who refused to honor a valid coupon, but besides that everyone is really nice and cool. Thanks cvs folks!

jessica the pharmacist from a year ago made me NEVER DEAL with CVS and my entire family again!!!! idk if she’s still working there but I hope she’s never at CVS again. if she’s fired you already know. that Korean pharmacist (jessica) is the definition of rudeness.

After my bad experiences with CVS on Cahuenga Blvd in Hollywood, who never had my prescription in full it was one here two there and the people who worked there were lazy and couldn't even be bothered to ask who was next in line was, you had to figure it out yourself. The pharmacy claimed to be open until 9:00pm but most of the time it closed at 8:00 or 8:30pm. Every time I picked up I had to go through the same misunderstanding every time until I would finally convince them that they did have my prescription, despite them telling me they didnt. So when a good friend of mine recommended this location, I was more than skeptical, I figured it was the same at every CVS but she persuaded me to come here, that they always had her prescription on time, there were rarely any long lines and that the staff actually cared about making sure everything was in order, what a change and a relief, I used to dread going to the Cahuenga location because it was so stressful , but I don't have that anxiety anymore, so a big thank you to the staff who really are a credit to the term 'customer service'

Horrible customer service from employees nobody is available to answer questions. Laughing among themselves chatting and happy between them. They ignore you. I ask for bathroom since I have an emergency they said not bathroom it was around 11:30 at night very rude people there I won’t come back.

Took 12 minutes to get someone to open the allergy cabinet, three people needed medication and they showed no interest in helping.

As my daughter and I shopped in the early morning we were likely the only two customers in the store. As we viewed the hair products I took notice that there was an announcement over the speaker for the customers service agents to check the aisles. Then a customer service agent walks directly where my daughter and I were shopping; never making eye contact with us nor asking if we needed help with anything. Just looking at the shelf in which we were just shopping from. Very much feeling like we were being monitored as thieves. As I walked closer towards the agent she walked away, never once attempting to support us as customers. I stopped another woman doing stock asking if she was a manager. She replied saying she's the supervisor. Eventually claiming it's an automatic announcement which I have never heard in my other visits to the store. I didn't believe it. Especially since I started with saying I could be wrong and maybe it's an automatic thing. Anyways as I walked to the register to checkout the supervisor was very helpful but the insult had already taken place. I am beyond a decent person and all I want is peace. Like many of us. And I will be returning. I will not be chased from anywhere. I work hard like many others.

Never visit this cvs again... the lady Maŕia that works the night shift is super rude and annoying...I witnessed her accuse a young man of stealing which was not true the young man paid for his candy bars but because he had a back pack on the employee maria lied to the security and had the young man chased as she laughed at him that was just so evil of her

I came here to print out my passport picture on 07/10 at 1AM. CVS was open 24hrs so I thought this was my best choice to get my photos printed. Unfortunately, I forgot to get her name but she was Hispanic and mentioned the main printer is off and not working at the moment and that it would be better to come during the day. I asked how long she thinks it will be back up. She said she’s not sure “it might be up in an hour or so maybe longer” I had a gut feeling she was lying to me cause she felt aggressive and not very friendly. When I came back the next day, I spoke to Elizabeth the cashier and she mentioned the printer should be working fine 24/7. It was so upsetting since I had to waste my time and gas to come back when it could’ve easily been solved and done in minutes that night. I’m sorry but the night crew after hours needs to be trained about the policy and not lie to customers.

Got txt from CVS saying my 2-combo medication was ready. Only one was ready, and asked Pharmacist Matthew if he could get the other ready. Pharmacy was empty but he said it would be 30 minute wait. Heartless.

Great place! Had so many great options from trending brands everything you needed was there and totally affordable and stocked! The staff is all every kind especially Elizabeth who made us laugh and was super knowledgeable and friendly! If you want to leave somewhere happier then you came in go to this CVS!!
