Love this family of artists, especially ‘Mom’ Ofelia Esparza. She’s my hero! Patiently lived her life as a wife and mother. Attend med college became a teacher and after that was able to fully release her focus and time to ‘creating’. She’s proof that it truly is never to late to do the thing you were created to do! Bravo Ofelia! As for your studio and shop... I enjoy going there to take in all the creativity. The prices are bery reasonable too! Can’t wIttiñ you open again!

BEAUTIFUL artisan items and vintage as well. One of kind pieces. Bonus that they are connected to an art gallery which houses amazing local artists. They even have a fantastic layaway plan and I was able to purchase several items this way!

LOVE this place. The owners are spiritual artists. The stuff in this place is art. Made with love. I buy my Christmas gifts here for special people. Also, the gallery next to it is amazing and connected to the store. How cool is that?

Colibri is a cute boutique store, I loved the selection of Artisan jewelry, clothing, stickers and art. Everything in the store is unique. Make sure to ask about their ongoing workshops, they're amazing!

I am in LOVE! Was strolling on Cesar Chavez on my way to buy some pan dulce having myself a lil mellow Chicana moment when low and behold the art piece featuring Frida Khalo invited me inside... Can anyone say Xicana Heaven! A MUST STOP shop for anyone fascinated with Dia De Los Muertos, Latino art jewelry, beautiful international arts and crafts, stationary, local East LA artistry and events. The owners are the Esparza family mujeres (women)... Ofelia Esparza is a retired teacher who is an internationally known, local East LA elder with expertise in Dia De Los Muertos altar building and education.
