I don't bank here but I would use the ATM often and go inside to get rolls of quarters. I don't know if this is new policy or a new guy cause I hadn't seen him before but after a year of going here he said they only give change to people who have an account there. Doesn't matter you just paid the atm fee apparently. All good though Chase up the street is a lot nicer, has parking, and employees are helpful ? I'll feed them my atm fees all day. I get reimbursed on them anyways

Was clearly just racially profiled by two female bank tellers. I went in to get two rolls of quarters in order to wash clothes. They were hesitant to serve me as I walked in and told me to sit. As one of them circled back to me, they asked if I was banking with them I said no. I'm from the East Coast and my bank is in Philadelphia. They proceeded to tell me that unfortunately I have to be banking with them an order for them to open the drawer, but this is in fact a lie because this isn't my first time going to this bank and getting rolls of quarters.. So why all of a sudden? Maybe I was more attractive and receptive to the male bank teller who had served me before or maybe these two women we're just racially profiling me. Who knows, but they simply could've served me because it wasn't a hard task to grab two rolls of quarters for a $20 bill. And if I had any idea to bank with them before, I definitely don't know. Horrible place and feeling.

I have accounts in Bank of America, Wells Chase and Morgan Stanley totaling over 3 million dollars and CNB has by far the worst service I have ever experienced I'm trying to mobile deposit from another of my own accounts I first got $ 50,000 declined and after calling my relationship manager was told that $25,000 was my limit???? for a deposit I did it again with his assurances and again was notified by e mail the day after that it was declined even after I was told he would insure that it got through. The net result was my HOA dues of apx $2,000 was rejected which is both costly and EXTREMELY embarrassing o

I don't usually take time to write reviews but the exceptional service that Maristel Vasco, the Relationship Manager VP Long Beach branch has definitely went above and beyond her job description, she had closely followed up on my application, answers phone calls, emails and any client inquiry efficiently and speedily. She take time to answer questions and able to multi task to be able to deliver results not just in time but even ahead of due dates. The process of my refinance was not smooth sailing but Ms. Vasco's service recovery has really made me relax during the process. Ms. Maristel Vasco is a true gem in your company. Kudos to CNB for having a highly competent relationship manager.

Absolute highest recommendation for Farhod Kazimi at City National. As a licensed real estate agent, I've met countless mortgage brokers and loan officers. We were referred to Farhod for our own financing, and could not be happier with our experience. We feel he always has our best interests at the forefront. He is the fastest responder I've ever worked with, answers all questions thoroughly, patiently, and, if necessary, repeatedly. Honest, timely, professional, helpful, communicative, not to mention fantastic loan product/s . What more could you possibly want?

so glad city national finally opened a hollywood branch. when i needed them before i'd have to go to fairfax or beverly hills which were both 30 minute drives for like a 6 mile only trek (a freaking hour round trip!), or burbank which was much faster at 15 minutes, but still... a lot of driving to go to the bank! but this branch is only like a mile from me... wheee! have been in here about 5 times and used the atm outside a lot too (since u get charged for withdrawls on other banks machines). it's a smaller satellite branch but all i need to do is move things in and out (i errr mean money... in and out... in and out...) so its perfect for my needs. but they can certainly do whatever else u need even if it doesn't look like a 'big' branch. everyone here has been very professional and friendly and pleasant to work with. plus... because city nat isn't like wells fargo or chase or retail bank, it's never crowded meaning you pretty much always have prompt service. city national is sort of a specialized bank even tho they won't turn anyone away. it's definitely in my mind more business oriented. usually bigger business oriented. still even tho i am for sure the smallest fish or guppy of piece of plankton in this pond, city national has always been great and reliable to work with. having this new hollywood branch so smack dab in the middle of the action at vine and so easy to get to... makes it even better.
