I must compliment two employees of Chase at the local branch level as opposed to the corporate Chase center. Those two employees are Giovanni and the branch manager Emerson. They made dealing with the bureaucracy much easier and provided a personal interaction that you will never get when you're calling the 800 number. Thanks to Giovanni and to Emerson.

The building is nice. Very clean kept. Parking is spacious and shared amongst other stores. Only chase branch I’ve had issues with. Teller not only stated that I “did not have an account there” then after showing mobile banking claims “my address was not the correct one on file” to which I never changed it and in fact went to a branch because she said no bankers were available. I called chase customer service confirmed my address being correct. Highly frustrating and stressful.

I scheduled an appointment for 11:00 am with Aimee- I entered the building at 11:04 after trying to find parking. Aimee was in the middle of another business meeting, and another associate let me know she would be with me shortly. Aimee came out to see me at 11:30- wasting my whole lunch and being incredibly dismissive when I had to leave. She even called me ahead of time to confirm my appointment- just to waste my time. She noted at 11:39 that he meeting ran over- running over is like 5-10 minutes, not having me sitting in the lobby for 30 when someone else could have helped me. She was incredibly dismissive, and made me feel terrible. I wouldn't recommend- they will waste your time.

The bad service at this branch its the worst than any other branch 7 employees 2 cashiers and they are super rude with the clients treated like milk cows line of 14 only 2 cashiers

Zero stars if possible. Disgraceful how the bank has multiple employees but will only open 1-2 windows with 10 people waiting.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH OFFICE.I went to deposit some cash and very small amount of spare change coins (less than $10) to my checking account. The teller told me they do not take single coins. All individual coins have to be rolled coins.I told the teller there's not enough coins to make rolled coins. He then replied, then you'll have to wait until you get enough coins to make a full rolled coins.I stated when was there a rule that all coins have to be rolled coins to be deposited. He stated its always been the rule. I replie back. No it hasn't. He responded back and stated its always been a rule.I left the branch office very upset as a customer.I went to another branch office who took my cash and spare change and deposited.What a crooked, rotten, racist branch office.

They open at 9am and i understand they are short staff but there are people inside the bank and a line outside the least you can do is come out and tell us something. The security came and said there are no tellers but we can see a couple of people inside. I came on my lunch break if i would have known i would have gone to a different bank.

12 people in line. 2 tellers. People in cubicles doing nothing. One man with headphones in drinking coffee. Another keeps staring at the line nervously but not doing anything. Is this covid safe? Let's have more people in cubicles doing nothing while only two tellers slowly move through the line. Ridiculous these "employees" aren't helping us bank.
