They help scammers if you make a dispute you won't get your products or money back. They claim to guarantee debt and credit card safety, but they don't even investigate if you don't get your products. Don't trust their lies about guarantees. You will never see your money again.

Well deserved 5 stars. The tellers are friendly, parking is easy, bankers know their job, managers are professional and efficient. I usually deal with Ryan Ford, an exceptional banker; I try to make him aware of my issues so that when I come in everything is prepared. I have been to other banks where I have had to wait 3 hours while the banker talked to one department after another. Ryan, when possible, does the prep work so that my appointment is quick and easy. If you have a choice, go to this Chase branch on Manchester and ask for Ryan.

Terrible, switched from b of a to chase because I thought the service was better. Unfortunately I see that the Chase branches outside of the neighborhood are more accommodating. Called ahead to see if they had notary(they didnt answer the phone) finally when I got there they said they only notarize chase documents. Get it together Manchester.

2nd time since 3wks ago ive tried to use ATM outside. after inserting card and pin # is good you will not be able to use touchscreen?!? ended up getting money from a non chase atm resulting in 3.50 atm fee and also chase will charge you 2.50 non chase atm service fee!!
