Took almost 20 mins just to get a cash withdrawal and replacement card to my address. She kept on talking to her coworkers and was so slow. Asked to see my address like 15 times. I was so hungry too and just needed the cash to get yogurt next door. She asked if I was pregnant which I wasn’t…She had a great personality but was super unprofessional. Because she was nice I gave a 2 instead of a 1 star

I am a senior who had surgery 3 days ago i am homeless behind the slow process of EDD . I waited 2 and a half months for disability check . i deposited my check from EDD , chase but a extented hold on a disability check ... I am under duress behind each dept negligence . what i am going thru as a senior is unbelievable... Chase is not a good bank beware....

Appointment was at 1, had to wait for 40 mins and while my work is in progress was told, there is another appointment so you have to wait. No respect for time.If you can't take appointments on time then spread it out. No need to book appointments back to back only to waste people's time. Very disappointed.

Terrible costumer service and very rude branch manager. I have been premier costumer for over 15 years, for a basic problem which was obviously their fault and because of the wrong information the teller gave me, they wrongly charged me $70 and after weeks of calling and going to the branch they didn't bother themselves to reimburse it, and just said they can't.Chase is a great bank but AVOID THIS BRANCH.

Never had an issue with Chase until today. Terrible banking experience! I needed to open a business account ASAP because online takes few days to be reviewed, so that is why I went to the branch. Incompetent banker, Michael Kamali, did not know what ID’s are required to open a bank account - basics of bank policy/procedure, unheard of!!! Was rude and didn’t let me explain myself. Manager wasn’t any better, she couldn’t justify why her banker declined opening an account, zero knowledge on banking compliance. They don’t know the basics of banking, how can you trust them with your money and investments???!!!

This location sucks. I stopped by at 9:15 am to deposit some checks. The sun hitting the ATMs made the screens impossible to read. So I stepped inside but the line was glacial as they only have one teller working before 10 am. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I finally left. Ridiculously poor management.

If i can give this branch 0 stars i would, the chase private client representative Michael is just the rudest person I've ever dealt with, super dismissive, unwilling to help, over exaggerating on how long something would take. Seriously the rudest bank attended I've ever dealt with the only positive is the wonderful tellers behind the counter. Sitting out waiting to speak with the branch manager and she is just lolly gagging while i wait. You can tell she clearly doesn't want to do her job.

the tellers here are incredible. I love them. The 2nd time I can the in I realize I already knew me and knew what to do and they're very helpful but as far as management in this place is completely ridiculous.. I am in here right now trying to pay my mortgage for my partment building and its empty there's nobody here there's just 2 tellers.. Rational manager is nothing is crickets in here. Just saying if you wanna get business done don't go to this Chase go to a different one but if you just need to deal with a teller they got their best tellers here..

ANA is very Racist employee she picks and chooses who she wants to help . Make sure this disgusting behavior of hers is put to a stop immediately. During a time like this we need to put a end to this type of illegal activity . Very unlawful.....

Terrible customer service. The tellers are trained in basic transactions and supervisors or branch managements are never available nor will they ever return any calls. Do not waste time opening an account here. One of the ATM machines is always out of service. At times a long wait for the other machine. After years of having accounts with chase and the unfortunate closing of the branch we used to do work with, we are closing all accounts and moving on to another bank.

1.5 stars out of 5. ---------------------- Ambience/Decor: 2.5/5 Service: 1/5 Cleanliness: 3/5 My Experience Rating: C-- Location: 4/5 Wait: 1/5 Hours: 3/5 Parking: 1.5/5 My Convenience Rating: C- Pros: - Decent sized office. - Private Lot w/ Designated Spaces. Cons: - No drive-thru. - Parking is very limited. - Parking spaces don't fit a normal sized car. - For such a decent sized location, they only have one teller available. - Service is super super slow here. - They do not give out temporary cards for lost/stolen cards. Conclusion: This Chase is situated at a great location, but in actuality, it is not convenient at all. I was the only person in line besides the person at the window and I had to wait a good 20 minutes before the only teller there told me she couldn't help me at all. Won't be returning to this location again.

Didn't have to wait too long there was a lot of tellers they were nice and polite but it is not a small branch
