Chase Prime Checking , "No fees charged and promised", After a several month, Chase charged self dealing $372. on fees without notification. The customer service at the branch understands the problem, but omitted to tell me not to close the account if you want to have the service fees returned. The Westwood branch is relying on Indonesia to resolve this. No Fax and no E-Mail is available and a differed person every time. A higher level review is not promising and more runaround and no action is expected. My other local banks don't charge checking Account fees.Chase very artificial and impersonal technocratic and no real Customer service is based in Indonesia.

I have never been blatantly lied to by a branch manager or had a bank totally disregard me as a customer. This is one of the oldest branches and I was a customer back when it was Washington Mutual. I have 6 accounts opened at this location including a business account but can't get a single person to answer the phone. The manager is a full blown liar and doesn't keep his word, their previous manager was so rude I never wanted to step foot inside the location and the staff is basically so incompetent that I have to double check their every move. I can't even put into words how pathetic their customer service is. Why does NO ONE EVER answer the PHONE? They instruct u to call them for a follow up but the line just rings and rings. Tried calling over 30ntimea one day for an urgent follow up. NO ONE ever calls you back when they say they would and u r left to deal with the 800 number reps from overseas. Other chase branches at least have a person to speak to when you call. PATHETIC

If you have business or high net worth this NOT the bank for you. You are better off getting a piggy bank at the 99 cent store. Their most recent refusal to allow me access to my own money for wiring purposes caused me to lose a business deal. I was on the phone with 5 different representatives. One of them could not add simple numbers!! I am not exaggerating. I will be moving 5 accounts to a different bank.

Made 2 appointments with Tiffany for a very basic appointment and both times was not acknowledged, greeted, or even remotely checked in for my appointment. I spoke with an associate at the bank both times upon arrival to let them know that I was there at which point in time they supposedly told Tiffany I arrived. My wife and I waited over 45 minutes each time WITH PRE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS without so much as a "hello" or an "I'll be with you shortly" or an "I'm sorry for the delay, I'm just finishing up with something", only to have to leave because we didn't have enough time to complete the appointment after sitting around doing nothing for 45 minutes. Absolute waste of time and the worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time. I also never got a follow up call or email to try and reschedule the appointment, nor did I get an apology by anyone at the bank. If you have something to do that requires intervention by a chase bank employee, I urge you to seek another branch because this one is honestly one of the worst.

Ridiculous. Two weeks in a row they were 30+ minutes late for our SCHEDULED appointment. My husband and I left work both times to come fix our accounts and never saw anyone! We wasted a whole lunch break twice. First time they offered apologies, so we tried again. This time, no one said a word about being this late (for the second time) and just let us walk out with no apology. Such poor customer service. Half tempted to change banks.

Jocelyn, went above and beyond and helping assist me with a special situation, I am forever grateful for her professionalism, empathy and understanding to my situation and going out of her way to help me rectify and quickly get out of the branch as soon as possible. Negative one star!!! I'm a chase private client. I walked into this branch for the first time 45 min before closing to report a fraud case. Actually I reported it earlier . I just needed to see if I should call the police. That's when the Caucasian tall bully in private client took one look at me and said they are closing and I can't be seen by the banker . I told her it was urgent she laughed at me and said "we are closing you're wasting your time and you need proof of money in your account before sitting in the private client chairs" chase please read this Yelp and fire this lady. The branch was mediocre otherwise

Dont ever come to this branch. Damon and Josepyn are idiots and shoud be fired. I dont know why this branch is still open. Terrible customer service and one of the worst branches out there.

Stood up for an appointment. Made an appointment with Tiffany for 9:00 A.M. on 11/21. I arrived on time, but Tiffany did not arrive. I waited for 30 minutes to which her colleague apologized to me that she did not show up at all for the appointment. No one else at the branch was licensed/equipped to handle the matter for my appointment (brokerage deposit). Very disappointing.

I own a business and have been trying to make contact with someone at the bank for information that I need to put on a form that needs to be submitted. I have called and called and just get a voicemail. I then called the technical support number and got the same this...voicemail. Ridiculous!!!!
