As a Chase customer I'm very disappointed that the swiping system does not work properly which in turn does not allowed clients to use the inside atm.

Can't get in to the ATM. The access to the door hasn't worked for months. Pedestrians line up at the drive through, which often isn't functioning either. Chase must be fully aware of this situation, which is something you might expect in a troubled inner city neighborhood, not in the decent neighborhood it is located in. They must not care how their customers are treated.

Spent 1.5 hours yesterday on hold only to be told they couldn't help me. I just walked into a physical location where they also said the same. Pulling my business from the bank due to heinous customer service.

April 7,2023- I had a great experience today at the Chase bank on Centinela and Venice Blvd. I had no appointment and was waiting for someone to help me. Cindy the manager was aware of me waiting and she offered to help me. I had changed my account number to a new number. I learned today while making a deposit that the old account number had not been cancelled. Cindy spent about 45 minutes speaking to different departments back and forth trying to correct the problem. She was busy yet took the time to help me so I wouldn't have to wait. She was cool calm and collected, very professional and nice. She demonstrated outstanding customer service and I appreciate it. Thank you so much Cindy

Katia was very helpful in resolving a mistake I made with a business account. Her follow up and attentiveness to my situation was great and I highly recommend this branch because of her.

ive lived in this area for 6 years.the atm inside doesn't work past the operating hours.i have never once had a nice and easy time here sitting down with anyone. there's plenty of nice employees but honestly just go to another chase. this one is the trashiest of the trashiest. poor customer service from everyone- even the security team. makes me annoyed because i'm finally leaving chase! chase is a crappy bank and so is this location. do yourself a favor and don't go here and make a credit union account.chase is a corporation that does not care and you should just avoid them if you are able to. i banked with them for 7 years- and i did business banking too and it was the worst experience. hope you have a nice day!

Not banking with this branch and considering not banking with Chase going forward.. No respect for my time or needs and had to come out to this branch twice and then get lied to by the branch manager about my appointment and the individual banker who was supposed to take my appointment all the way around incompetence or they didn’t feel like showing up the last two business days.
