This branch ate my cash when using the atm, per the teller telling me to use the machine after I missed my pin. Highly recommend to not listen to the teller and insist on depositing cash with them. They said I would get a credit right away but that in fact didn't happen. Still waiting on getting my money back and completely disappointing they lied about my money arrival time.

They're really nice here and they remember customers' needs. I come in every now and then to get quarters for laundry. As soon as they see me, they have a couple of rolls ready for me.

I have had one credit card in my wallet for over 20 years it's Chase Bank Slate I played the balance off in January and have not used it since. They closed my account do to inactivity. When I called the said I'm sorry 10 times but there's nothing they can do. This was a superviser I spoke with I ask to speak with someone that can make a decision on this and I was told there is no one that can restore my account . I'm wondering why they pay supervisers to not fix this or push it up to someone that can. What did they say "I'm Sorry" I can't believe that they closed it after making money off of me on and off for so long. Bad business practices . Shame on you for such short vision not to see my account was in good standing for 20 years .

The "greeter" awaiting me this morning was very rude. I did not see any queue outside the bank, walked in through the main entrance, and was greeted by a young lady who said, "Um, there is a line outside!" I asked her if she could be more polite next time, as I was a longtime Chase customer, and she should greet people by saying, "Good morning!" before telling them what to do. There is no politesse in the United States, so I'm afraid this young lady received the brunt of my longstanding complaint. But I expect that at a Chase bank, I should always be greeted with a "Good morning!" or "Good afternoon!" before they get on with their business. She should have said, "Good morning, Sir! Did you realize there is a line outside?" I would have been delighted. She obviously received no training from her manager on how to be polite.

After a terrible experience at the nearby wilshire location, I was met with very professional service at this Santa Monica Boulevard location when attempting to schedule a time to speak with a banker to set up a new account. The banker made an effort to fit me into her busy schedule- even on a late Friday afternoon! Thank you so much for setting wait time expectations when I walked in and for the very professional and smooth process! Highly recommended I will be back!! Thank you very much Caroline!TL;DR: If you are setting up a bank account use this location and not the Wilshire location.

I personally like the staff, each time I went into the bank everyone was welcoming and friendly. The tellers and bank managers went above and beyond to help me resolve the issues with my account. Perks...Always parking available and complimentary water when you walk in.

Bank manager Hector, was unhelpful and very caviler about my business. I wanted to open several accounts. He was barely present at the meeting, barely wanted to help me, couldn't wait to get me out of his office, Constantly waving to people out of his window while I was talking. He said he was "multitasking." No thanks, I'll take my money elsewhere!
