The ATM is slow to take out money, I been to other chase banks the machines are fast. They only have 2 ATM machines outside.

So I went in today to change my PIN on my card. I unfortunately wasn’t able to change it with the teller and she kindly told me I had to wait in the lobby’s chairs and wait to be helped by one of the banks financial assistants. As I sat down I noticed all the workers were in a meeting right across from me in a glass room (clearly visible both ways) the manager I assume was conducting the meeting had a clear view of a customer sitting down waiting for help. I waited, waited, and waited some more until I finally realized this employee clearly doesn’t care about his clients. What a waste of time.

Horrible customer service. I went in to do a wire. Was told by a gentleman in his cubby that they would be right with me. 5 minutes later he literally walks out of the building. I waited there for 25 minutes and not one person came to acknowledge the fact that another customer and myself were waiting there. Even when they help you they are slow and inefficient. I will never bank at this branch again.

I am a new customer, and I just went to this location to inquire about a business account for a new business, that’s accepting donations for scholarships, and my initial response upon walking in the door was offputting.I will not return to this location .When I was able to make contact with someone who was a “relationship” accounts person, they gave me the once over, as if that would determine the quality or kind of customer that I am, and then immediately put me off to say that they were helping someone else rather than ask what I needed.Dear Adam, I represent people who are interested in donating to colleges, monks who are traveling to that states, and local students who are low income, receiving donations from other people who will be able to take my and other people’s classes in the area to fulfill their education. I’m sorry that I didn’t fit your standard of what you think a valuable customer looks like, but based upon this initial interaction, you’re a terrible relationship manager, and I will not be returning to the bank, or this location.Thank you.

Don't bother coming here to open an account they will do everything they can to direct you to online options. But yet when you look around there are multiple people sitting in there cubicles doing nothing, that's a bad look ! I went back to the south Pasadena branch and they were more than happy to help, big difference!!

Hours online are completely deceiving. They do not close at 4 on Saturdays but a whole two hours earlier. Their is a paper pasted in the doors of the bank with the hours. A complete disregard for your customers when you can't take the seconds it takes to update your hours online.

Why have a branch opened if you can’t assist. I went into Chase to add my husband has a joint to my new checking to show ID and they were unable to do it. They had 5 bankers and nobody in the branch but I need an appointment. Do you just pay the bankers to do nothing?? Terrible customer service. This is why people prefer credit unions they provide actual service.

I like banking with Chase but this branch's only redeeming factor is its convenient location, 99% of the time I drive further for a better experience.

Alejandro was very rude and condescending during our recent visit. The extensive amount of time he spent on a personal call while we were in the office and while several others were waiting for service was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. He became very rude, defensive, condescending and verbally aggressive when questioned about his unprofessional and unproductive behavior.

Not a review of the branch, but the bank as an institution. Being asked to interact with an advertisement shilling for a mortgage before dispensing my cash is just one more example of marketing over-reach. I realize all banks are somewhat equally terrible, with their fees and near negative interest rates, but the latest step in the long march of deterioration of the experience is too much. Chase is winning at sucking, with the only inevitable outcome being lost customers to a cash economy.

Just a regular bank like any other bank. Plenty of parking. 2 atms outside and 1 inside.
