Part 2 ali come to let me know that there was No one to help us because everyone was in lunch and busy so there no walk in service you need to make appointments if you come in to this bank I was disappointed of this bank if the frist person should toll me about this problem i wouldn't come backto tell meI need to come back later on or make appointment it would be ok but I was there waiting for service for 20 minutes for nothing very said. There no walk in service

Súper helpful staff including the security guard. Omar helped me open up a couple accounts and explained everything perfectly and efficiently. Would recommend scheduling an appointment with him for all your chase banking needs.

Tina Kasabyan, was so rude! How is she even a branch manager! had an appointment at 2:30pm today with a banker I was seated for over 20 min when Tina Kasabyan kept walking around and not even offering to help me! When I asked for help, Tina approached me without greeting me, and looked really mad at mad for asking a question about my appointment then she continued not even helping me or even trying to help she was so rude and didn’t care when I raised my concerned. I left without getting a service, I have my credit cards, personal bank, business banking and mortgage all through chase but Tina ruined my whole day. I need to reach out to the CEO of chase for help.

The ATM doors (after hours) have been broken for almost 2 years since I’ve lived in this neighborhood. Every time I take out cash I have to walk to the drive thru and I explain to the people that are confused why the doors don’t work. Countless complaints but no response.This bank is the laughing stock of the neighborhood. Don’t bother.

Very Rude customer service Asmik from the start seemed she didn't want to assist us. She saw us setting down and I asked her I needed to add my spouse to the account. She's like do you have an appointment? I was like yes. She didn't bother introducing herself to us. My spouse already has an account with chase through a credit card. So she refused to add him to my account because he didn't have his green card with him. He was providing both his real and un real ID.

The drive thru ATMs at this branch never work! It's frustrating and annoying. Don't waste your time going here. You're better off paying an extra 0.35 cents at an in store ATM than hoping the ATMs will work. Ridiculous.

This bank branch is on my way to and from most of the stuff I do in Los Angeles, so for me, it's perfect. I really find it convenient because it's got a drive-thru atm - two to be exact. However, one is usually down in one way or another (out of cash, not excepting deposits, etc). But I love that convenience. I really don't love having to deal with people if it can be avoided, so getting to make my deposits from the comfort and safety of my car is worth its weight in gold.

Only go here if you want to be treated like a robot and not a human. Representatives for this branch and establishment will mislead and give incorrect information, when you call in to customer service they will also treat you poorly and mislead. The reason you choose a bank is to be dependable in the times that matter most. This establishment does not value you as a client and does not value customer experience . I will not refer any colleagues or clients to do business with this bank. I suggest you find a local bank that cares about you as a person not a number. If you have an account I advise you seek alternative banks that actually care and will not treat you badly

Great branch very clean and has great staff went in for a deposit and was helped immediately they have drive thru atms also very convenient.
