Worse Chase I've been to. No one greets you while entering. Unorganized staff there isn't any actually assistance for those not good with technology they just tell you to do it over the mobile app. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here with all honesty. Experience 1/5

It's a great bank to use for personal and business they protect your account so you won't get accused of fraud they protect your information, and they notify you if someone tries to access your bank account overall it's great my parents and I have had it for years and we never wanted to change to a different bank because there's no other bank like Chase. I recommend it a lot !

I went into Chase around 4/22 and they treated me like I was frauding. I came in with intentions of opening an account, with my retirement check from Vegas ( I lived and worked for the school district out there for at least 18+ years) . They would not let me even cash my check, let alone open an account. Pure racist!!!

Bad experience not once but twice with Jessica so rude and dry. Lack of communication skills. I don’t know if maybe it’s too early in the morning but shouldn’t be an excuse for a two time bad service. I myself work in the customer service industry and I’m sure I can do a better service than Jessica !

I ordered a new debit card since I lost mine I haven't gotten it within a month. The line moved fast so it wasn't a long wait. Unfortunately the customer service was terrible no effort what so ever. All they said call customer service :(

I ask how much is the limit so I won't be Pay monthly charges, and one you saw me didn't know. I google right way and is 1500 Plus for credit card their service is ridicules

I came in right before 5 and gave the teller 400 dollars but because I said the increments totally 300 he kept the $100 and have me 300 in change .. I would appreciate if someone was available to go over the camera footage.. I think you should know if one of your employees steal from customers because I’m sure he may steal from you too ..This incident was at 5:08pm .. I was in line as they were closing on the 23rd of December and so by time I got in it was after 8 .. I was at the 2nd teller to the right of the atm .
