Everyone was super courteous and proactive! Came in without an appointment and all bankers were busy. One told me to wait in the lobby until someone was free, then surprised me by freeing up a teller to pursue my request. After determining that they really need a banker’s help, she and a supervisor canvassed the bankers to see who would next be available. It was all handled very smoothly, thus the 5 stars.

I am good morning to everyone they have account in this branch I just want to tell you is there a manager the main manager that you only want treat people that they have money and a lot of money the small people she doesn't even care she acting so ugly she don't even give attention I deposit a cheque from Customer give me already couple of check and they release said they after they told me check for nothing I ask for help to release it they don't even give attention they hold it for 10 days when I came to ask to please release the money because I work with this Call me in the night to myself and you tell me I send request send request is not helping it will sit on the computer in someplace bottom line is branch start to be With the worst service ever I seen from all this branch just only two people they help all the time but the manager they have to remove them from this branch ASAP she's a really really bad manager the main are used to suggest to all the small Customer just to leave the branch and go open Bank of America

Since the Chase we banked at for a long time closed we transferred to this location. They do everything by the books which should be expected, it's a Bank! I've never had a problem there, friendly staff, tellers very nice... don't qet the negative reviews.

I mainly go in here for quarters to do laundry, but they are always friendly and are ready to help. Will be going here to discuss a buyout for my car lease since my bank Wells Fargo which I have had an account of 27 years stopped doing car loans. Boo Hoo to the one who said there was only one teller open. It's not a busy bank.

Unless you are wearing a suit this bank will ignore you. The tellers are in their cell phones and managers too. Worst customer service ever...and been banking with chase since before they were Washington mutual. Even the manager told me to wait using hand motions. Just flat out RUDE

Great bank as long as everything is going well. When you need support or assistance " its get in line". Currently on 50-minute hold to file a claim for an electronic transfer they say is complete. My contact on the other end has not received the amount. Its a regular transfer, yet how do you verify an electronic transfer? Chase versus Bank of American, everything is there and they put me through this long wait to file a claim, not available online have to call. I think this will be the final push to go to an independent bank. Very dissapointing, yet its occured each time I needed to cash an outside state check even when I had funds to cover the transaction. Transfer money to my daughters new account. If there is any risk or option they need to help its not forthcoming. Like I say my transfers from work to account and credit card no issues as they cover all that yet anytime they need to help its "who are you"?

Horrible horrible service. I took 4 $5 bills to get quarters in exchange. One bill had a stain on the corner. Shanda did not accept them and said she can't take any of them when only one had a stain on it. This is unbelievable I have worked at chase myself long time ago and know as a matter of fact banks take all bills including ripped stained or whatever condition after all that is one of the main functions of a bank!!!! I ask to see the manager and she states "I am the manager" which I doubt she is because she wasn't even wearing her name tag which again shows how unprofessional she is! At this point I have no time or patience to argue with her for being so ridiculous. Thank gd I have my debit card so I withdrew money from my account to get quarters. The guy next to me heard what's going and he offers to take my bills withdraw money from his account so I can get quarters. I thanked him and let him know I took it from my own account. Again so ridiculous and so unacceptable that another customer at the bank was more helpful than the teller or "manager" Shanda! I have a chase premiere plus checking account and have been banking with chase more than 10 years, to get horrible service like this is absolutely unacceptable. I am considering to close my account and bank somewhere else after this experience. I have included a picture of the bills to show that it was not even that bad!! Shanda really needs to be more helpful and give better customer service.

Everyone at this branch is very friendly and helpful. Had a couple of issues with my account and Mike went above and beyond to help me get back to manage to get back in order. Thanks again !
