Always come to this branch. Mrs Vargas has been giving me great customer service for years. She's the best. And Jocelyn just helped me get my second credit card for my business. Nothing bad to say about this branch

As long as you pay regularly they are ok, otherwise they will be like other similar institutions they will start sending you nasty letters.

Today I had a negative experience at this branch regarding Chase's 'new' policy regarding, accepting "mutilated cash" vs "contaminated cash". The staff working here couldn't decider the difference, because the verbiage in the new policy isn't clear to begin with. Let me set the record strait. According to federal law, it is illegal for a commercial bank to discriminate against the acceptance of any currency asset which is deemed "LEGAL TENDER." LEGAL TENDER is defined as currency thats value is not in question. (where 51% of the bill issued by the federal reserve and a readable serial number is present.) CHASE, is enforcing an unlawful policy and the OCC needs to investigate how their monetary practices are administrated. In the meantime, I will be terminating all my accounts at Chase. Today I will also be contacting the OCC, and starting the exploration of filing a petition / civil lawsuit against JPMORGAN CHASE & Co.

The government has granted the bank a license to serve citizens. This department is apparently aimed only at filling their pockets, but not at convenient service to it's dedicated customers. At the height of the working day, there are 14 people in line at the service windows, while only 2 windows are open!!! However, there are actually 11 windows here. You're just bullying people and wasting our time!!! Where are the regulatory authorities looking?!

Beware do not cash here heads up They approved my check then stamped it not approved. Asked to call my employer to verify , then was was told the employer cannot verify check and that I must obtain a new check which was still not valid. Seriously heads up

You know I had an encounter with that same exact manager , Sofiean Vargas and I tell you she really is a handful. She's always at her desk and from what it looks like it's doing nothing. The times I go in and see her at the window, wow she talks up a storm and helps like 2 or 3 customers, while the other tellers are left to help the rest of clients. Whatever happened to the other male manager , I can't think of his name but he was always on top of it. Haven't seen him recently since I've gone in.

I went into the branch to Cash my check on October 25th, 2023 , they told me no which is weird because that's what a banks supposed to do right? After going back and forth I can tell the manager Sofiean Vargas was just tired of dealing with me and said go to my office and we can talk , while I walked over I see her run to the ATM which I thought was very odd and then comes back and says here you go and gives me $5 dollars. Like are you really paying me to just leave. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable, she seems like the type of person to really just not stand down from an argument because she always has to be right so I just left. Don't bank here absolutely disgusting.

I called chase for a big fraud charge, 47k but was told to visit a branch. Once I got to this branch I asked to be seen and was directed to a couch, I asked if I can put my name down and was told that they would see me without it. After 10 minutes a rep came and introduced himself but after 40 minutes nothing happened. In the meanwhile other clients were being seen. I asked the security guard to ask the rep what happened and all of a sudden he said he was going to get someone else to help. These guys are lazy. This is the urgency they have with a fraudulent charge of 47k.How Frustrating.

That branch is rude I told them that I already wanted to close my accounts with them because they were telling me that my address was wrong when in truth the address was perfect so I asked him again that I wanted to close my account and he got angry and called security and they took me out of the bank regardless of the fact that there were more clients in that public space...

This is the worst Chase branch ever in terms of scheduling an appointment and managing their staff schedule. They confirmed an appointment but when we came in they let us waited more or less 30 minutes and told us the staff who’s assigned to us was out of office and they don’t have any staff available to cover, then told us to set another schedule (Seriously!??). What a waste of time. They should have reached out before hand to reschedule or better not to confirm any appointments if they can’t accommodate.

Chase has gone down hill in LA fast. Less ATMs. This location has three outside. Two of them have been broken for weeks. The third one is missing parts. The bank closes at 5:00 if you work until 5:00 pm.

Worst bank branch I've ever been into in my life. Not sure why I keep coming back. Incompetent, they take forever to do the smallest things. Every time I come there's a giant line with one or two tellers taking their time and doing nothing. They always have attitudes also. Don't bother.
