This is by far the best pet food and supply store in LA. The quality of supplies and service is unmatched. I can’t say enough good things about David. He helped me by calling me an Uber on his personal account when I locked my keys in my car and was so sweet. Thank you, David! You are a star employee and a great person. I’m sleeved grateful!

I have to really commend the staff at this location. I live nearby and my dog often drags me here just to get a treat. The staff are always kind and courteous and often remember his allergies and what he can and can't have (which is amazing!) They are always delightful to deal with and very helpful. I don't know the names of the individuals who work here, but every single one has been exceptional. My thanks to you all!

VERY clean store and helpful staff. Small but good assortment of pet items. It was getting close to closing. Rarely see many other customers there. Free parking lot out back which is wonderful.

My dog likes to go here because they give her a treat whenever she comes here. If they are busy, she walks behind the service counter herself and waits there, maybe giving a reminder bark if necessary
