I had the worst of the worst experience with the delivery team. This man Carlos was very aggressive and unprofessional from the moment he came to my door he said my couches where not going to fit, he wouldn't try to help his partner, He said he wasn't going to do extra work for just 25 dollars his company paid him, I'm a long time customer at this furniture store and I have never encountered a person with such anger at his job. This is what happened when company's hire third-party company. They don't care about their store best interests. I try talking to Casa Linda's manager but I had no luck. I canceled my purchases and I don't think I'm going back.

Don't know about other locations , but here in east Los Angeles sucks big time . they use the cheep materials, every week . I bought myself a bed frame queen . One for my teen son full size . with in a month my son's bed broke . mine broke with in two to four months . I'm assuming no matter what location. it's the same . I mean it is the same company . My opinion is your better off with ikea. not to sure about wood quality cuz not an expert but atleast they use more parts to it to give more support . I had an Ikea bed before and it lasted for more then 10 years

Poor customer service manager not Available to speak with been calling for days iteam I purchased does not work they just told me to call the manufacture stuck with the iteam because after two days they do not provide refunds horrible experience would definitely not recommend save time go somewhere eles

I would give ZERO stars, I came here like 20 mins before closing just to quickly see some sofa I hadn't been able to check last time. I eventually saw it and was showed other options as well, I was heading out and saw they had barely locked the front doors. I was literally parked infront of the door entrance and asked this guy if he would be kind enough to open up. With attitude he told us to go out in the back, we told him our car was literally right by the entrance and there was no point to make us walk around the back of the building half the street when we could easily just be let out in the front. Keep in mind that the door just needed the key to be unlocked, he kinda shrugged and walked to other side of the back. Most stores give u a 5-10 min warning before they close, here they didn't bother ... I was considering making a purchase but after this experience , thank goodness I didn't. There's better furniture stores with better customer service than this s*itty place

UPDATE and UPGRADEThe manager acknowledged the errors and offered a sincere apology. My order was changed and within minutes a next day delivery was arranged. Still no delivery window but I was given a number I could call to help determine my place on the delivery route.I love and support local businesses and today’s service felt like it should have- real and genuine.Thank you Casa Linda ❤️

So I bought my mom a dining room set. I made it clear we wouldn’t sign at delivery day if the product was damaged. We had to send it back twice!!! The delivery guys and a lady from the warehouse were upset at my mom and told her all tables are not perfect! IF WE WANTED SECOND HAND I could’ve bought it from la segunda!!! It wasn’t cheap either!!! I’m very disappointed! From now on I’ll support living spaces. They have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Pleasant experience. Helpful employees. Guillermo Garcia provided excellent service and explained the products (appliances) and financing options. This is my 3rd purchase in the last 15 or so years with Casa Linda.

I would give this store zero stars if I was able to. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau for false advertisement. I came to try and purchase something they had on their ad which stated it was a 5 day sale which started Thursday so I came in the very next day which was Friday. As they're processing my order the sales man calls the warehouse which then advise him that they didn't have any in stock only the floor display so I ask him how long has the floor display been out there and he said he didn't know but then says possibly a week or so. So then he talks to his manager Araceli and says that if I wanted the display it was cost me the same has the brand new couched they were advertising. This is really crazy and so sad that they take advantage of the customers that don't know no better. Then they go and say that Norberto which is the main store manager is the one who gave the instructions to sell a floor sample at the same price as brand new sofas. I cannot believe this.
