If I could put zero stars I would.Do not come to this place, I chose this location because it was listed under the person who hit me car insurance and a friend mentioned that a family member had been here before too.I had Ronald working with me on getting my car repaired with the Insurance. He was at first informational but would keep questioning my decisions. My car had been left here for almost month because the insurance had not yet contacted me on how we were going to move forward with the repairs. I couldn't wait any longer, so I requested Ronald to put my car back together to pick it up until a decision was made. I had my mom pick up my car for me (because I was about 1 hour 20 minutes away and would get there after 5 pm), Ronald explained to her that everything was put together screws back in place and all. I get home to find my car is still in pieces dangerously enough to where my whole back light is about to fall off. Screws to hold the interior is still loose. I feel like this place just screwed me over, because they left a note in my car stating that they are not responsible for any issues to the vehicle once it leaves their premises.

The worst decision to take my vehicle to repair the paint is not the color of the vehicle, they broke parts and they did not want to take responsibility, they also stole my original seat belts, they put some old ones on me, the mirrors were stolen from the original ones and they They put 10 dollars, believe me, they are the worst of the worst. Think 1000 times before taking your car to these parts dismantlers, they broke my door horns, and they took too long. I do not recommend it

This family owned business is the best. Brought my car in Monday morning and it was repaired and cleaned when I picked it up Tuesday night. Looks like new again after a truck backed into my front bumper while it was parked. The men and women at California Z Cars are customer service professionals and I highly recommend them for large and small collision repair.

What a good body shop California Z cars is. The customer service is top notch, the repair of my car is top notch. They take the customer's side to resolve any situation with the insurance company so that the customer gets their car repaired promptly and to their complete satisfaction. All the people who work there are A+ Thank you for your kindness and service. 100% recommended without a doubt. Ronald I deeply appreciate your help

From Paula in the the office who is a pro at navigating the insurance labyrinth to Ronald who takes great pride in his and his team's work, these guys are such a pleasure to work with. My first experience was with some elective/cosmetic paint work and they knocked it out of the park. Since then they have expertly repaired crash damage for me. I have recommended family, friends and co workers who have all been happy with the results and the experience. I hope you never need a body shop, but if you do, try California Z Car.

Needed to get a whole new set of headlights for my car. I called around various shops and one shop told recommended I check out this place. I called them to ask for an over the phone price quote and they did and it sounded decent. I continued to shop around and ended up buying the parts online. Still needed them installed so decided to drive around and all other places asking for ridiculous pricing to install headlights. Came here and they were so friendly upfront and best price out there. They did the job and were so friendly along the entire process so I'm for sure coming back again if ever needed. Lots of walking places nearby to pass the time also so if looking I recommend you stop on by here for I know I wasn't disappointed one bit.

Dropped by to get advice on a project I wanted to complete wth my vehicle. Staff (Ronald) as always was amazing, not only answering my questions but also giving me suggestions as well which I appreciated. Got work done by them before, glad to know the passion for great customer service has not changed. Awesome shop!

Ronald and Paula did a great job on my Explorer, the car looks brand new! Highly recommend the shop, everyone is knowledgeable and very friendly. If needs must . . . I'll be back with no hesitation!
