Would not recommend coming here. They would add unapproved services and give optional medications without letting me know or asking beforehand. It happened multiple times. After questioning the fees, it would come to light what they did. They never apologized or removed the charges. Take your pets elsewhere if you can.

My dog has received exceptional care here following an ankle injury. The staff's expertise and knowledge have made a substantial difference in my dog's rehabilitation. From the initial visit, they've exhibited a comprehensive understanding of canine physical therapy, ensuring that my dog received the most effective, tailored treatment possible. My dog, who is aggressive toward strangers, was met with patience and understanding by the staff. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Cami, Josh, and Sam for working with even the most challenging dogs such as my own. I am beyond grateful to them for making my dog comfortable. Their knowledge, skill, and dedication makes CARE the premier choice for canine physical therapy.

If I was able to give a higher score it would be a ten. From the moment I have always received professional, friendly, and fantastic service. Everyone is extremely qualified and we feel 100% safe bringing our Catire to CARe. The most important thing to mention is the exceptional treatment and physical therapy our canine son receives. He is improving and treated with love and kindness by an phenomenal staff. Thank you.

So caring, versatile, skilled. My dog is far better than when he arrived for his first treatment and they always carefully listen to and address changes from visit to visit.

I recommend CARE to take care of your pup with all my heart. My pup had spinal surgery and went from being paralyzed in her back legs to walking and getting the zoomies again! It was all thanks to the incredibly kind staff here and Dr. Kent. They are all so patient, loving and kind to my pup and so helpful in setting up doable home exercises and care for my pup. I did so much research trying to find a good rehab center and so glad I went with CARE.

this center is beyond amazing. I had to bring a rescue dog to them for help with socialization two years ago.. they went above and beyond the call of duty to help this frustrated and sad pup to mainstream back into society . they never ever give up hope.now I need them again for my older rescue poodle furry best friend .. I love this little guy more than anything.. he is older and needs help with mobility.I am so happy they will be here to help..im hoping they can help .. but if anyone can.. it's them.don't hesitate to reach out.. they have payment plans, and doctors for every need.

My 12 yr. old Boxer/Pit injured his hind leg, and I brought him in for an evaluation. Everyone was very professional and friendly, and our vet Dr. Ma, was extremely thorough and had a lovely bedside manner. Both she and the vet tech were very gentle and patient despite the fact that my dog is not a good patient and needed to be muzzled. They showed alot of compassion and understood he was just scared. They sent me home with a list of exercises and protocols to follow, and he'll also be going back for PT. I'm very thankful would highly recommend their services.

My little 1 year old pug has been seeing them since the end of August 2022. They are all kind, gentle and patient with my crazy pug. They are an amazingly skilled team and have your pet’s best interest at heart. My pug Stella just loves going there to see her human friends.

PLEASE STOP AND READ: my #1 concern of whether my dog is truly cared for is answered by looking at the staff at CARE. I was absolutely touched and blown away by their kind gesture when so many of them took the time to write a kind message and sign a card expressing their condolences when my best friend of almost 12 years passed away. I started taking my then 11 year old female German Shepherd, Bear, at first to recover from surgery, but then things turned south pretty quickly within a year. The staff was extremely professional in coordinating Bear's care and staying in the loop on her issues as they arose throughout their care. They also refilled her prescriptions, were always friendly, and gave me appointment summaries after each session. The plan was always to bring Bear here as long as it helped her quality of life, and eventually it got to a point where it was too taxing on her and we stopped coming. This was towards the end of COVID and everyone had to wait outside in their cars - I'm not sure if they still do this. It would have been nice to see Bear during the sessions but I get it. Long story short their care for Bear towards the end of her life made an extremely difficult situation that much less difficult. Their card is just one way the staff here shows how they go above and beyond for our beloved animals, and was a reason to smile during the worst loss of my life.

Our Pomeranian cowboy was 15 when he fell off the couch and hurt his spine so he lost the ability to walk. After months of therapy at this amazing place with these amazing humans and having the ability to help him at home between my remote job we were able to get cowboy walking again. He's 17 and still walking and never gave up. We were told to put him down by multiple vets and we never gave up. Cowboy teaches us to be strong and fight through the challenges we face. This is a photo of him recently walking to the stairs to get ready for the arrival of his mommy. We were also told it would be a slim chance he would recover but with lots of work we were able to. Don't give up on your pet and if you work from home and can take them out multiple times a day to walk in the back yard then you can have a better chance at helping your baby. If you don't work at home then this recovery process will be a lot harder. Peace and love to all the good souls and good people helping these angels recover. I would make him stand on his feet at the door barking to come in and it did wonders like workout training. It took 5-6 months of supporting him while he walked before he could solo walk.

We had our first appointment for our aging dog. The staff was incredibly considerate and caring. We left with an at home treatment plan and plans to bring our dog back for regular physical therapy.
