I decided to use this mailbox center and was unfortunately accosted by the owner.
The parking lot is cramped and dangerous with cars bustling in and out. When I was backing out of the lot, I accidentally scraped a ladies rearview mirror while she was inside of her car. We calmly got out to exchange information and check the damage, luckily there was none. As I was walking to my vehicle to leave, the owner came out of the shop and barked, "is that your car? I want you off my lot!" The other woman and I were in shock and explained that we were just customers in his store. We quickly left as we both felt uncomfortable by aggressive demeanor.
I'm not sure why he took it upon himself to be rude when I was was just involved in a clearly distressing situation. Instead of asking if everything was okay and checking on his patrons, he took it upon himself to act unkindly and try and kick me off of the premises.
So fair warning, if you go to this shop try to avoid the parking lot. Because if something bad happens, you definitely can't rely on the owner to have your back.

Owner started yelling at me when I asked why multiple packages haven't been delivered. Do not trust this place to deliver it beyond the back room.

Not customer friendly, difficult parking. Pricy. Younger staff try to be helpful but old man there (possibly the owner?) just doesn't like customers himself. Better options elsewhere.

I had the strangest, most disturbing experience dealing with this place and think it's worth sharing and warning others about individuals that own and work in this business. Yesterday, a package of mine was accidentally delivered here. There were failed delivery attempts to my unit, so the sender mistakenly redirected it here, thinking this was an official FedEx pick-up location. A male employee who I spoke to regarding this was extremely rude and lied to me that he gave the package back to the FedEx driver. Then, when I called back after contacting FedEx, he hung up on me while I was speaking! When I reached back, a female employee answered and was also rude and dismissive. When she finally passed the phone to the man that I originally spoke to I asked why he hung up and he told me that the power went out on the whole block (which I find strange as I live 2 mins away). He then told me that it wasn't actually the truth that he gave the package to FedEx and that he actually gave it to one of their clients. When I asked whether it could be retrieved, he told me that he "doesn't want to waste his saliva on me". The wine company who sent the shipment called me today and said that they spoke with the owner (I believe Mark) and that this mailbox actually still has my package! They also told me that they can't have it sent back to them from this mailbox for legal reasons and will tell the owner to dispose of it or keep it for himself if he'd like. When I contacted the owner just now for some clarification, he told me he can't give me my package because it's alcohol and also because he was told by the sender that he has to sent it back to the company. Sadly, this is another lie, now from the owner, because the company told him he could keep the wine if I don't get it. Yet, he chose to further lie to me just to keep my package. I guess the owner just wanted free nice wine instead of doing the right thing and giving me my package lol. This is the weirdest situation I've been in with any business. I'm honestly mind blown by these people! Extremely unprofessional, rude and dishonest people own/work here. It's truly a shame!

Went here to notarize a document. Notary was there and helped me quickly, was in and out within 10 minutes for an incredibly reasonable price of $15, I'd go back to them again.
