Great store. Well stocked. They were having a private wine tasting with a vineyard owner from France and they invited me to participate. Great selection of notable wines. The best wine store on the west side.

Brentwood wouldn’t be the same without it’s local fine wine establishment that proves time and time again high quality service and selection. It makes that quick trip home before a cozy weekend or dinner convenient and enjoyable. They also host wine tastings all the time which brings the community together and helps me develop my palette. 100% Family vibes.

Absolutely Rude. Stopped in on my evening walk, as I live in the neighborhood. I was checking out the selection and I saw something interesting and took a picture so I could research it. They then asked me "what are you doing?" And I said "looking at the selection. Then they said I could not take pictures....very odd if you ask me. Then I continued to look and the lady asked me again "are you looking for something in a rude voice from the front of the store. Very rude service. Come over to your potential customer and engage if you want to help or answer questions. Put no pictures allowed on the door. Dont yell at your potential customers in a rude tone from across the store. Get some manners. Ill be sure to never go back. Good selection honestly bit overpriced and snobby service.

We were looking for a very hard to find wine varietal (a still Pinot Meunier from Germany) and my wife found it online at Brentwood Fine Wines ("BFW"). It was the only place in the LA area that had it in stock. I called the store and was assisted by Isabel, who not only located the bottle, but pulled it, and had it ready for us to pick up two days later. Upon arriving at the store, Isabel greeted us and immediately remembered my name and what we were looking for. She retrieved our selection from the back, while we perused the store, since this was our first visit. The shop is bright, modern, and filled with a very nice selection of good to higher-end wines, liquor, and accessories. I also noticed a sign that they are now selling cheese. Isabel also mentioned that they occasionally have wine tastings, as well.We ended up finding a couple other bottles we wanted to try (a 2018 Barolo, and a 2000 Brunello di Montaicino) and purchased those too. I've read other Yelp reviews that criticized BFW's prices, but in our case, we researched all three bottles we purchased and found that they were the same, or less expensive than at other wine shops we usually frequent, even other online vendors. In the case with the 2000 Brunello di Montaicino, about $50 less expensive.All in all, a wonderful experience, with great service, and nice selection of wines. The parking lot is small, but there is an underground parking garage. If you're looking for something nice, I'd highly recommend you try BFW. We'll definitely be back!

I chose to go to Brentwood Fine Wine as it is a non-institutional, neighborhood wine store. Not being a wine expert, I asked for two bottles of wine in the $30-40 range. I trusted the vendor. My mistake! Upon returning home I checked the pricing. One bottle was fairly priced. The other I could have gone to the supermarket and bought it for 1/2 the cost.I live in Brentwood and expect to pay a premium. This was outrageous and I will not return.

Brentwood Fine Wine is a delightful and superior destination for wine shopping and tasting. Having stumbled upon it during a casual stroll with our dogs, we were pleasantly surprised by the engaging atmosphere of this newly transformed space.Under fresh ownership, the establishment has undergone an incredible transformation. The place is now bright and spacious, with an invigoratingly positive vibe that welcomes all. They're in the process of enhancing their offerings by introducing a wine tasting room, where patrons can relish meticulously chosen wine-cheese pairings.We were particularly impressed by the exquisite Santa Barbara Cabernet that the owner personally recommended. Its quality was phenomenal. The pricing structure was pleasingly sensible, topped off with a modest service charge of just $10.Discovering this newly revamped spot has indeed been a joy. Brentwood Fine Wine stands out as an excellent addition to our local wine scene.

I’ve worked in tasting rooms and been to some of the most exclusive wineries in Napa, and I can tell you that Smith and her team have curated a remarkable selection and are doing A+ work. Extremely thrilled with the wines they have curated, and they do a phenomenal job with recommendations. If you are on the fence, I would urge you to give this small shop a chance; I believe they will impress!
