Wanted to recharge my older Virgin Mobile phone that had been sitting dormant for 2 years, only to realize they had switched over to Boost. Could not update online so came here.The woman at the counter was helpful on the phone when I called and also when I came in. She had several customers coming and going while she dealt with my issue and was able to handle them all with ease, a great multitasker and pleasant to all. Excellent customer service!She created a new account and gave me a new SIM card at no charge, as mine was for some reason no longer working. Be aware it is located inside the Ranch Market at this location.

WOW!! I JUST SPENT 4 HOURS IN THE STORE. WOW!! What just happened!? The worst experience of customer service in my life. At each step the sales person would talk with customer service on my phone instead of calling them herself direct. I spent 4 hours inside the store constantly calling customer service so she could talk to them because the she did not know what she was doing. Once I paid she sent me to the store and advised it would take some time to transfer phones once payment is confirmed on the new plan. When we returned she confirmed payment was received then denied the free phones. When I asked why she advise me to read the small print. It was being denied becuase customer service ultimately activated the plan instead of her although she did not know how to do it herself. The plan must be activated on the store computer, not boost mobile customer service. I then called customer service back again and they confirmed she denied to honor it on this technicality (Because she does not know her job.). Boost Mobile customer service just apologized and advised they do not have any power over the dealers in these situations. Now I'm stuck with 4 lines for $100 using old phones. Don't waste your time coming in this store like I did.
