Salesperson was helpful, but to get the Samsung S23, I would have had to have left a $200 and hopefully get in 2 days. I don't understand why they don't have a stockroom full of them. Perhaps it is because their afraid of a smash and grabs?

Alex -owner- is the best. Excellent service. Knows everything about phones and service. Doesn't pressure you into buying anything. Patient when asked a bunch of questions. He was honest and forthright about what I can and can't expect for the plan we spoke about. I told him he should own his own business and that I want to put in a good word for him with his manager and he tells me he's the owner. :)10 stars for Alex.

Why is the number you have listed belong to a "storage company" which when called goes directly to voicemail? For being a cellphone company that can't even publish a correct number has one self asking "what exactly can you do correctly with phone numbers and the service then"?

Stopped by this location because I got a new Boost phone online and when I tried to activate over the phone the person told me that the SIM card that was shipped with the phone wasn't compatible with the phone, that I need to get another SIM card. I stopped by Boost to buy another SIM, but the employer there was able to activate my phone with the SIM sent to me and within 2 mins. Excellent service and obviously very knowledgeable employee. Will definitely come back to this location if I have any new phone to activate or any phone problems.

The tenders they're really nice butt.This store socks.. It's been several times that I came to the store to buy phones and they never have phones for sale even if you want to switch from another Company or Even if you bring you on phoneThey don't have SIM cards. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else

Lupita was extremely helpful today, thank you! Boost Mobile's online customer care leaves a lot to be desired, but the Boost store on Vermont@ Santa Monica Blvd had the correct information.Thanks again Lupita, I was finally able to activate my new phone on the 5g network.

Very irresponsible!! Employees today Wednesday October 6 2021 some short fat girl open at 10:27am it says 10am I went to work late because of them they had me and other people waiting to open she came me and a lady try to help her open she looked overwhelmed she gave us attitude even we try to help her open slams the door close on us we waited more time she open and said nothing we came in and she was ignoring us and I told her ''I'm here to pay my phone by the way good morning '' her response '' we have the rights to refuse service to anyone!'' In my head what the f**k this place needs good employees not people that don't want to work quit or something other people will love to take your place !!!!!! So beware little fat short annoying girl !!!!

Horrible customer service from the girl working at 1130am on June 8th in a sunflower mask. If you seek great customer service go to the corporate Boost store at Santa Monica Blvd and Western. Do not waste your time or money here.

I went to this store to buy a new sim card for my phone. I have been a Boost mobile customer for more that 10 years. It is not acceptable that they won't sell me a SIM Card and on top of that be so rude I do not recommend this store.
