Hello, I am experiencing some concerning issues. Someone used my email address to open a boost mobile account. I called customer service and unless I have the phone to receive the pin they can't help me. I can't 'chat' about the problem unless I sign into the account with the password that I don't have. I am concerned about fraudulent activity and see no easy way to report it. I do see several of these complaints on your chat boards - maybe these issue are the reason it is happening. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

My problem finally resolved with no help from boost! I used the forwarding button and phone problem is resolved. I guess someone used the forwarding button to forward calls without my knowledge. That is a code I never use. The FCC would've resolved issue I got that information from calling the FBI line. I watch my phone now at all times. I am so grateful it's resolved but I'm very disappointed in Boost! Changed my phone number Many times and charged all but one. Twenty dollars each time. Ten dollars was taken off my next bill for three months of mystery and stress. I am a good long time customer of Boost. One customer told me she had to purchase a new phone frequently. I will be trading my phone and phone company soon. God Bless Stressful was the word
