Usually a decent place to shop if you don't want to wait for Amazon shipping. But lately prices have risen to match and often exceed what you can find the same item for online.
Customer service has also declined to an unacceptable level for me to spend my money here. Several workers dilly dallying while unboxing a ProClub order would not pull a few pullover sweatshirts for me while I wait. Little did they know or maybe even care that I was actually there to purchase 25 sweatshirts. Hmmm $25 x $ 35ea. ( it was only about a $1,000 sale ). NOT A BIG DEAL FOR THEM OR BJS CLOTHES. Guess I'll just open my own Pro-Club acct now. So much for patronizing local business. Oh well!!

Spend lots of my these past couple of weeks over $300 going back for more merchandise. Returned one pair of pants for exchange and was very displeased with two of the lady employees. Talking among themselves and looking at the pants as if like I did something wrong to them. Pants still had price tag on them and only had one of the brand tags off, but they are still labeling on it. Then, one of the girls, we're very rude talking to me like I'm a idiot. To say in a very rude tone. "Next time, DON'T remove the tag." Like are you tell me or asking me. I work in customer service and they need to know how to speak to their customers. Especially when I'm spending hundreds of dollars in your store. If that's the case, I will take my business to another location. Only one lady was very kind. So thank you.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Disrespectful women that work here! We called and asked for a certain item! Representative on the phone said "yes," that it's in stock! We arrived, then they stated "No!" Then began speaking in Spanish about us making it a big deal! AND WE WERE NOT!!! The continued talking about my daughter and I in Spanish - NOT KNOWING- we CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD them! We just left the store! No point of arguing and causing a scene. We just left and will NEVER RETURN!!!

Bring back Bell Sales. B.j Clothes are HIGH AS HELL and never have what you want. It's almost like you end up "settling" for what they have vs getting what you came for. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this one is warranted. Again I say, BRING BACK BELL SALES!! Or at least bring back the business model that made this spot famous.

Do not shop here company say they close at 7pm but do not allow customers to go in 30 mins prior to closing time the security guard also have a nasty attitude!
