Bereliani Law Firm went beyond my expectations!
Sanaz has a good team and thorough system to ensure your bankruptcy gets finalized.
I am self employed, my case was more in depth.
I interviewed several attorneys in San Diego and LA area and they were suggesting Chapter 13 and avoiding chapter 7 because of my equity in my home, they said I was limited on exemptions ie and my vehicle and personal property were at risk!
Sanaz is very creative with creating and interpreting exemptions that the other attorneys NEVER mentioned and or understood, interpreting exemptions is very important, ie “Commercial Work Vehicle” (Truck) verses “vehicle”, that changed the game, the trustee wanted more money for my work truck and was also trying me on personal property and Sanaz put them in check!
She got my Chapter 7 discharged, I kept my condo equity, I owed nothing for my commercial work truck and personal items.
The other attorneys I interviewed were ok with having me agree to make an uncomfortable stressful payment plan to make it easy for them to file chapter 13….
Sanaz and her team tolerated all my calls and emails = STRESS and got me through it.
Sanaz and her team are the ones you want to represent you!!! Worth every dollar!!!

I recently had my bankruptcy discharge, Sanaz was my lawyer. I want to start by saying she is extremely professional and knowledgeable about all things bankruptcy. Upon our first in person meeting I had so much anxiety about going through with this, not only did she ease my worries but she answered all my questions and kept in constant contact. Her team is great, always readily available for questions, Chris in particular was very helpful and did alot of the leg work. I don’t think this process could’ve went any better than it did so I most definitely recommend them if you’re considering bankruptcy.

I reached out to Sanaz & Chris while I was in a total panic. I had no idea what to do; I was a total mess with no understanding of what was happening. They got me calmed down enough that I could explain why I needed their expertise.After that, they took care of all my issues in a very prompt and straightforward professional manner. We checked Attorney Sarah Bereliani reviews and was very impressed so we set up an appointment to meet with her during our initial consultation and was very impressed with her compassion and knowledge during these stressful times. The next day we hired her to help us with our debt issue-BK Chpt 7 option.Her staff which included very knowledgeable and attentive staff- Chris/Ashley was the total package to help this successful attorney to get things done!Even on the 301 meeting(telephonic) with the Federal Court Trustee was transparent as they went over possible questions that will be asked.We were able to complete our BK Chpt 7 discharge also in a timely manner-We highly recommend using Attorney Berelaini and her staff for any debt settlement, BK and other issues!

I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Sanaz. I had hope never to have need for a lawyerbut unfortunately Bankruptcy was a necessity. That being said Sanaz and Chris were both professional and very friendly.
