Rachel has helped me multiple times and she's been wonderful. I've tried several different shoes and ultimately didn't find a pair that worked for me. Rachel was still very helpful in the return process including my custom insoles (Which completely didn't work for me and my reason for the 4/5 stars and I was up-sold them from another sales rep). She was great through the entire experience shopping at Belinda Shoes.

Wow! I was surprised! Wow! Was I surprised! Rachel helped me to understand the fundamentals about buying athletic footwear that I had no previous knowledge of. Which is probably why I injured my feet in the first place. Her patience and enthusiasm won me over. I had a great experience here. the sales person was very helpfully. They measured how I distribute pressure on foot, which allowed them to pick the perfect shoe and insert for me, which then saved my knee!!!
