There was a really long line when I got in but they seemed really understaffed. The teller was friendly when I got to my turn . I'd use again in a pinch but they need more employees imo.

It’s the busiest bank in town and it’s always under staffed. One teller for a line of over 20 people at the moment. Thinking of switching banks.

ATMs are always out of service! I live in the area so it’s convenient to go to this one, or should be at least! So frustrating! There’s a Chase across the street, while I walk away from the BOA ATM in disappointment, I see the Chase customers can actually use the ATM, no matter what time of day or night. I’ll be switching later on today.

Horrible here on a Monday morning early 11:00 am only 2 windows open and line are all the way back to the atm area guarantee if it was in a different community this would not be acceptable ? last time I come here straight ####
